Claims (4)
- 真水中での膨潤力が20mL/2g以上の高膨潤性ベントナイトと、該高膨潤性ベントナイトよりも膨潤力が小さいベントナイトと、海水と、均等係数が5〜10である砂と、を混合してなり、
混合直後の全体積を1としたときに前記砂が0.05〜0.3の体積比で含まれており、
混合直後の透水係数が3×10-7cm/s以下であり、
前記高膨潤性ベントナイトよりも膨潤力が小さい前記ベントナイトは、真水中での膨潤力が5mL/2g以下の低膨潤性ベントナイトであり、
前記高膨潤性ベントナイトと前記低膨潤性ベントナイトとの合計の質量を1としたときに該高膨潤性ベントナイトが0.05〜0.3の質量比で含まれている土質系変形追随性遮水材。 - 混合直後のせん断強さが1.5kN/m2以下である請求項1に記載の土質系変形追随性遮水材。
- 真水中での膨潤力が20mL/2g以上の高膨潤性ベントナイトと、真水中での膨潤力が5mL/2g以下の低膨潤性ベントナイトと、海水と、均等係数が5〜10である砂と、を混合してなり、前記高膨潤性ベントナイトと前記低膨潤性ベントナイトとの合計の質量を1としたときに該高膨潤性ベントナイトが0.05〜0.3の質量比で含まれている土質系変形追随性遮水材の製造方法であって、
前記砂を海水中に水没させて養生する養生工程と、養生工程後の該砂から余分な海水を取り除いて該砂を湿潤状態にする水分除去工程と、水分除去工程後の湿潤状態の該砂を混合する砂として用いる混合工程と、を含み、
前記混合工程において混合直後の全体積を1としたときに前記砂が0.05〜0.3の体積比で含まれるように混合する土質系変形追随性遮水材の製造方法。 - 前記高膨潤性ベントナイトと、前記低膨潤性ベントナイトと、を粉体の状態で混合する第一混合工程と、第一混合工程後の材料に前記海水を混合する第二混合工程と、第二混合工程後の材料に前記砂を混合する第三混合工程と、を含む請求項3に記載の土質系変形追随性遮水材の製造方法。
