Description

等式1において、用語I(CH3)は、メチルプロトン(δは、0.70〜0.95ppmの範囲)に対応する全体的総合ピーク面積を指し、また用語I(CH2−OR)は、誘導体化された第一級アルコール内のメチレンプロトン(δは3.9〜4.5)の全体的総合ピーク面積を指す。用語Rは、カルバミン酸エステルの残部から−OR1基を減じたものを指す。

を含む重合性材料の反応生成物を含む(メタ)アクリル系エラストマー材料を有する感圧接着剤組成物を含み、該少なくとも1つの対向する層が、少なくとも1つの充填材料を含む、多層感圧接着剤(PSA)フィルムである。
300mm/分における90°剥離試験(Test Method,Finat No.2に従う):
本発明に従う、また10mmの幅及び>175mmの長さを有する感圧接着剤フィルムストリップを、サンプル材料から機械方向に切断する。
静的剪断は、接着剤の貼着性又は内的強度の測定である。それは、接着剤シート材料の基準面積を、一定の応力、標準負荷下でステンレス鋼試験パネルから引っ張るために要する時間単位(分)で測定される。
接着剤試験は、以下の自動車用クリアコートパネル上で実施する。
BASF Coatingsから市販されているUreGlossクリアコートコーティングパネル
PPG Industriesから市販されているCeramiClear5コーティングパネル
BASF coatingsから市販されているVW 2Kクリアコートコーティングパネル
イソオクチルアクリレート(C8−アクリレート)は、イソオクチルアルコール及びアクリル酸のエステルであり、Hilden(IOA Antwerp)の工場から得られる。
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート(C8−アクリレート)は、2−エチルアルコール及びアクリル酸のエステルであり、BASF AG(ドイツ)から得られる。Tg値:−58℃。
C17−アクリレート(C17 A、本発明のPSAフィルム用)は、高度に分枝状のアルキル鎖合成C17−アルコール及びアクリル酸のエステルであり、BASF AG(ドイツ)から得られる。凝固点<−100℃(類似の直鎖製品:ステアリルアクリレート(C16/18);凝固点=16℃)。純度98%超。C17 Aのイソインデックスは、3.12である。
3M Hilden(ドイツ)製アクリル酸(AA)
N−ビニルカプロラクタム(BASF AG(ドイツ))は、側鎖にアミド基を有する1官能性アクリルモノマーである。
1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレートは、即硬化性ジアクリレートであり、3M Hilden(ドイツ)から得られる。
Omnirad BDK(iGm resins(Waalwijk Netherlands)):2,2−ジメトキシ−2−フェニルアセトフェノン(UV反応開始剤)。
Eurocell EC 300−h(Europerl(ドイツ))は、ケイ酸アルミニウムである(パーライトとしても既知である)。異なる粒径及び表面改質を有するものが入手可能であり、本明細書で使用されるものは、
シランで疎水化された。
Aerosil 972(Evonik(ドイツ))疎水性ヒュームドシリカ粒子
3Mガラスバブル(K15)は、115μmの直径を有する中空ガラスバブルである。
Regalite R−1125は、低分子量の、完全に水素添加された炭化水素樹脂であり、Eastman Chemical BV(NL)から市販されている。
実施例に使用する異なる感圧接着剤層を、第WO 2011094385(A1)号に詳細に記載される方法により調製する。まずC17アクリレートとAAモノマーとを、光開始剤として0,04ppHのOmnirad BDKを含有する容器中で予備重合して、次に混合物を、約11000mPasの粘度(Brookfield粘度計で測定した際に、T=25℃、スピンドル4,12rpm)を有するコーティング可能なシロップが得られるまで、紫外線照射に曝露する。
低Tgアクリレート(IOA、C17A):67.5重量%
高Tgアクリレート(AA):0.5重量%
更なるコモノマー(NVC):32重量%
架橋剤(HDDA):0.1pph
光開始剤(Omnirad):0.2pph
液体前駆体発泡体(LPF):
発泡体の液体前駆体(以後LPFと称する)を、ガラス容器中で90重量%の2−EHA及び10重量%のアクリル酸を、光開始剤としての0.04pphのOmniradと組み合わせることによって調製する。UV曝露を開始する前に、混合物に10分間窒素を流し、また窒素を、重合プロセスが空気をシロップに添加することによって停止されるまで、混合物内へと終始泡立てる。混合物を常にプロペラ攪拌器(300U/分)で攪拌し、2000mPasの粘度(Brookfield粘度計で測定したときに、T=25℃、スピンドル4,12rpm)に達したら、反応を停止する。追加の0.16ppHのOmnirad BDK、0.12ppHのHDDA架橋剤、6ppHのガラスバブルK15、及び6pphのEurocell 300−hをシロップに添加し、それらが完全に溶解/分散されるまで混合する。
90°剥離測定を、300mm/分にて20分及び72時間の滞留時間を用いて、自動車用クリアコートUreGloss、Cerami Clear5及びVW2Kで試験する。静的剪断測定を、UreGlossで500gの吊り下げ用重りとともに70℃にて、またVW2Kで500gの吊り下げ用重りとともに90℃にて、24時間の滞留時間で試験する。結果を、以下の表1及び2に示す。全ての二重層PSAフィルムを、第WO 2011094385(A1)号に説明される通りの方法を使用して、1200μmの総厚で製造する。

Claims (1)
- 第1の感圧接着剤層及び少なくとも1つの対向する層を有する多層感圧接着剤(PSA)フィルムであって、前記第1の感圧接着剤層が、
(a)第一級アルコールR1−OHのアルキル(メタ)アクリレートエステルであり、
前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートエステルが、式(I)
CH2=C(R2)−(CO)−OR1
(I)
のものであり、
式中、
R1は、14〜25個の炭素原子を有するアルキルであり、前記第一級アルコールR1−OHは、少なくとも2に等しいが4を超えないイソインデックスを有し、
R2は、水素又はメチルである、重合性材料の少なくとも50重量パーセントの第1のモノマーと、
(b)エチレン性不飽和基を有する第2のモノマーと、
を含む重合性材料の反応生成物を含む(メタ)アクリル系エラストマー材料を有する感圧接着剤組成物を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの対向する層が、少なくとも1つの充填材料を含み、
前記充填材料が、発泡パーライト粒子を含む、多層PSAフィルム。
