First, the operation when a plurality of
Next, the operation | movement which isolate | separates the
Next, the operation | movement which isolate | separates the
Next, the connection between the self-propelled
The operation of supplying the
As shown in FIG. 17A, first, parts necessary for assembling the motorcycle W at the
As described above, the self-propelled
As described above, the connection between the
Next, as shown in FIG. 17B, when the self-propelled
As a result, the first connecting
As a result, as shown in FIG. 17 (c), the
Next, as shown in FIG. 18A, the
Next, as illustrated in FIG. 18B, the
Next, the self-propelled
Next, as illustrated in FIG. 19A, the empty cart 30La and the
Next, the self-propelled
Next, as shown in FIG. 20A, empty carts 30Ra and 30La and the
Accordingly, the push-down portion 444a pushes down the second connecting
As a result, as shown in FIG. 20 (c), the
As described above, according to this embodiment, the
In addition, since the
In addition, by pushing the front part of one
That is, the operation | work which connects the trolley |
Moreover, according to this embodiment, the two different methods of isolate | separating the trolley |
(Second Embodiment)
Next, another embodiment of the component supply system according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 23 is a configuration diagram showing the
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The

The operation of supplying the

Next, as shown in FIG. 24 (b), when the self-propelled
As a result, as shown in FIG. 24 (c), the

Next, as shown in FIG. 25 (b), the
Next, the self-propelled
Next, as shown in FIG. 26A, the
As a result, as shown in FIG. 26C, after the

As described above, according to this embodiment, the

That is, the operation | work which connects the trolley |
In the above-described embodiment, the
Moreover, in order to reduce the impact when connecting the
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and various modifications and changes can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention described in the claims.
As described above, according to the component supply system of the present invention, one self-propelled transport vehicle can supply a plurality of locations on the assembly line of the carriage and collect a plurality of locations on the assembly line of the empty carriage. And it can be performed by one transport path. Needless to say, the present invention can be applied not only to an assembly line for motorcycles but also to an assembly line for other products such as a four-wheeled vehicle. It can also be applied to assembly lines such as watercraft. Therefore, the present invention may be suitably implemented in the industrial field in which parts are supplied to an assembly line using a carriage.
