Description
The present invention relates to a support structure for a gas-liquid separation tank for a vehicle, and in particular, a gas-liquid separation tank that separates cooling water of a power train composed of an engine and a transmission into liquid and gas is provided above the mount insulator of the power train. It is suitable for placement.
An example of such a gas-liquid separation tank support structure for a vehicle is disclosed in Patent Document 1 below. In this gas-liquid separation tank support structure for a vehicle, a gas-liquid separation tank that separates power-train cooling water from the mount insulator for supporting the power train in the engine room on the side member is disposed above the vehicle. . In the mount insulator, the inner cylinder is supported in the outer cylinder via an elastic body. And the mount bracket attached to the power train is connected with the inner cylinder of the mount insulator. The outer cylinder of the mount insulator is provided with a front side mounting portion, a rear side mounting portion, and an outer side mounting portion. The front side mounting portion and the rear side mounting portion are respectively connected to the side members at the vehicle front and rear positions, and the outer mounting portion is a fender. Connected to the apron. The gas-liquid separation tank is provided with a front tank bracket and a rear tank bracket, and a tank support shaft projects downward from the central portion. The front tank bracket is connected to the reinforcing member of the mount insulator via an elastic member, and the rear tank bracket is connected to the strut tower. The tank support shaft is also connected to the reinforcing member of the mount insulator via an elastic member.
However, in the gas-liquid separation tank support structure of Patent Document 1, the vibration of the power train damped by the mount insulator is transmitted from the front mounting portion and the rear mounting portion to the side member, and from the outer mounting portion to the fender apron. Also communicated. As is well known, the side member is a strength member and has high rigidity, whereas the fender apron has lower rigidity than the side member. Therefore, the vibration of the power train transmitted from the mount insulator to the fender apron through the outer mounting portion may be transmitted to the vehicle interior.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above problems, and suppresses vibration transmission from the mount insulator to the fender apron when the gas-liquid separation tank is arranged above the vehicle of the mount insulator. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicular gas-liquid separation tank support structure capable of improving the durability of a vehicle body mounting portion of a mount insulator.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a side member extending in a vehicle front-rear direction at a vehicle width direction side portion of an engine room, a fender apron extending obliquely upward and outward in the vehicle width direction from the side member, and a rear end portion of the fender apron A cylindrical strut tower extending in the vertical direction of the vehicle, and an inner cylinder supported in the outer cylinder via an elastic body, and a mount bracket attached to the power train is connected to the inner cylinder, and the side member above the vehicle And a mount insulator disposed in a space in front of the strut tower and a gas-liquid separation tank disposed above the mount insulator and through which cooling water for cooling the power train flows. A gas-liquid separation tank support structure, provided on an outer cylinder of the mount insulator, A front attachment portion coupled to the outer surface of the mount insulator, a rear attachment portion coupled to the side member, and an outer cylinder of the mount insulator provided to extend outward in the vehicle width direction, An outer mounting portion connected to the fender apron, and provided on the vehicle front side of the gas-liquid separation tank on the vehicle width direction inner side than a virtual axis extending in the vehicle front-rear direction through the gravity center position of the gas-liquid separation tank, A front tank bracket connected to the front mounting portion, and a rear tank bracket provided on the vehicle rear side of the gas-liquid separation tank on the inner side in the vehicle width direction than the virtual axis and connected to the vertical wall portion of the strut tower And the gas-liquid separation tank on or near the virtual axis at a position between the front tank bracket and the rear tank bracket. A tank support shaft provided, characterized in that said tank support shaft and a coupling member for coupling to the outer mounting portion.
In the second aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that a block member having a thickness larger than the plate thickness of the outer mounting portion is interposed between the connecting member and the outer mounting portion.
In the third aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the block member is attached to the upper surface of the outer mounting portion and extends from the upper surface of the outer mounting portion to the tank support shaft side.
In the fourth aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the block member is attached to the upper surface of the outer attachment portion so as to contact the entire length of the upper surface of the outer attachment portion in the vehicle front-rear direction.
Thus, according to the first aspect, when the gas-liquid separation tank is disposed above the vehicle with respect to the mount insulator of the power train, the outer member of the mount insulator is connected to the side member by the front mounting portion and the rear mounting portion. And the fender apron at the outer mounting portion. On the other hand, when a virtual axis extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction through the center of gravity of the gas-liquid separation tank is assumed, a rear tank bracket is provided on the vehicle rear side of the gas-liquid separation tank on the inner side in the vehicle width direction from the virtual axis. Connect the rear tank bracket to the vertical wall of the strut tower. A front tank bracket is provided on the vehicle front side of the gas-liquid separation tank on the inner side in the vehicle width direction from the virtual axis passing through the center of gravity of the gas-liquid separation tank, and the front tank bracket is connected to the front mounting portion of the mount insulator. Further, a tank support shaft is provided on the gas-liquid separation tank on or near the virtual axis passing through the center of gravity of the gas-liquid separation tank, and the tank support shaft is connected to the outer mounting portion of the mount insulator by a connecting member. Therefore, the weight (center of gravity) of the gas-liquid separation tank is inclined outward in the vehicle width direction, and the weight can be concentratedly loaded on the tank support shaft. That is, the ratio that the weight of the gas-liquid separation tank is loaded on the tank support shaft can be made larger than that of the front tank bracket and the rear tank bracket. Thereby, the weight of the gas-liquid separation tank concerning a tank support shaft can be transmitted to the outer attachment part of a mount insulator via a connection member, and the weight functions as a mass damper. Therefore, vibration transmitted from the mount insulator to the outer mounting portion can be attenuated by the weight of the gas-liquid separation tank, and vibration transmission from the mount insulator to the fender apron can be suppressed. As a result, it is possible to alleviate the concentration of stress and strain around the connecting portion between the outer mounting portion of the mount insulator and the fender apron, and the durability of the connecting portion between the outer mounting portion and the fender apron can be improved. It becomes.
According to the second aspect, the block member having a thickness larger than the plate thickness of the outer attachment portion is interposed between the connecting member and the outer attachment portion. Therefore, the block member is loaded on the outer mounting portion as a mass body having a constant weight, and the vibration transmitted from the mount insulator to the outer mounting portion can be further damped by the weight. Further, the entire length of the connecting member can be shortened by the amount of the block member interposed between the outer mounting portion and the outer mounting portion. Thereby, the rigidity of a connection member can be ensured and the tank support shaft of a gas-liquid separation tank can be supported stably. As a result, the weight of the gas-liquid separation tank can be effectively applied to the block member, and the function of the mass damper with respect to the outer mounting portion of the mount insulator can be improved.
According to the third aspect, the block member is attached to the upper surface of the outer attachment portion and has a shape extending from the upper surface of the outer attachment portion to the tank support shaft side. Accordingly, the overall length of the connecting member can be further shortened, and the weight of the block member can be further increased. If the overall length of the connecting member is shortened, the rigidity of the connecting member is improved, and the weight of the gas-liquid separation tank can be more effectively loaded on the block member. In addition to this, the weight of the block member increases, so that the function of the mass damper for the outer mounting part is further improved, and vibration transmitted from the mount insulator to the fender apron via the outer mounting part can be further damped. It becomes.
Moreover, according to the said 4th aspect, a block member is between the outer cylinder connection part to which the outer cylinder of a mount insulator is connected among the outer side attachment parts, and the fender apron connection part connected to a fender apron. The upper surface of the outer mounting portion is attached to the upper surface of the outer mounting portion so as to be in contact with the entire length in the vehicle front-rear direction. The vibration of the power train is transmitted from the outer cylinder connecting portion to which the mount insulator is connected to the fender apron connecting portion. In contrast, the vibration transmitted from the outer cylinder connecting portion of the outer mounting portion to the fender apron connecting portion is attenuated over the entire length of the outer mounting portion in the vehicle front-rear direction. Therefore, it is possible to further suppress vibration transmitted from the outer mounting portion to the fender apron.
Next, an embodiment of a vehicle gas / liquid separation tank support structure of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of the front portion of the vehicle according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a side view of the front portion of the vehicle shown in FIG. In the present embodiment, an engine room 1 is formed at the front of the vehicle, and an
Left and
As described above, the
In the
Further, the
On the other hand, a
Further, a
Further, in this gas-
As described above, in the gas-liquid separation tank support structure of the present embodiment, when the gas-

Next, a modification of the vehicle gas-liquid separation tank support structure of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 is a plan view showing a modification of the gas-liquid separation tank support structure of FIG. 3, and FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the gas-liquid separation tank support structure of FIG. This modification is similar to FIGS. 3 and 6 and has many equivalent components. Therefore, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. In this modification, the
