Description
Claims (22)
- 少なくとも以下の特性を有するポリマー:
(a)ポリマー中の合計スチレン含有量基準で27〜50質量パーセントの4〜6のスチレン単位を含有するブロックスチレン含有量;
(b)重合した1,3−ブタジエンの合計質量基準で30〜80質量パーセントのビニル含有量;
(c)ポリマーの合計質量基準で40〜70質量パーセントのスチレン含有量、および
(d)ポリマー中の合計スチレン含有量基準で、25質量パーセント未満の6より多い連続スチレン単位を有するブロックスチレン含有量を有するブロックスチレン含有量、
を有するポリマー。 - 合計スチレン含有量基準で、30〜73質量パーセントの4より少ない連続スチレン単位が組み入れられたスチレン量を有する、請求項1に記載のポリマー。
- 1.05〜2の分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を有する、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー。
- 1.5〜2.5の分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を有する、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー。
- 80,000g/モル以上の数平均分子量を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。
- 84,000g/モル以上の重量平均分子量を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。
- 20〜150のムーニー粘度を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のポリマーを含む組成物。
- ポリマーの質量基準で5〜40質量パーセントの量で油をさらに含む、請求項8記載の組成物。
- 請求項8または請求項9記載の組成物から形成される少なくとも1つ成分を含む、物品。
- スチレンモノマーおよび1,3−ブタジエンモノマー由来のモノマー単位を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のポリマーの重合のための過程であって、前記過程が:
前記モノマー単位を開始剤および極性剤の存在下で重合することを含み;
前記極性剤が構造I:
R3、R4、R5、R6、R7およびR8はそれぞれ独立してアルキル基および水素からなる群から選択される)
を含み;
極性剤と活性開始剤とのモル比が0.5より大きく;
重合で添加されるモノマー混合物のスチレン含有量が、添加されるモノマーの合計質量基準で40質量パーセントよりも大きく;そして
前記重合が80℃未満の温度で実施される、過程。 - R1およびR2がそれぞれ独立してC1〜C4アルキル基である、請求項11記載の過程。
- R3、R4、R5、R6、R7およびR8がそれぞれ独立して水素およびC1〜C4アルキル基からなる群から選択される、請求項11または12に記載の過程。
- 前記極性剤がジテトラヒドロフリルプロパンを含む、請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の過程。
- 前記開始剤がn−ブチルリチウムを含む、請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載の過程。
- 合計モノマー変換率が供給されたモノマーの合計量基準で96質量パーセントより高い、請求項11〜15のいずれか1項に記載の過程。
- 前記ポリマーが、重合した1,3−ブタジエンの合計量基準で、30〜80質量パーセントのビニル含有量を含む、請求項11〜16のいずれか1項に記載の過程。
- 前記極性剤と活性開始剤の前記モル比が0.5より大きく10以下である、請求項11〜17のいずれか1項に記載の過程。
- 前記重合が、10℃以上80℃未満の温度で実施される、請求項11〜18のいずれか1項に記載の過程。
- 前記ポリマーが前記ポリマー中の合計スチレン含有量基準で、27〜50質量パーセントの4〜6個のスチレン単位を含有するブロックスチレン含有量を有する、請求項11〜19のいずれか1項に記載の過程。
- 前記ポリマーが前記ポリマー中の合計スチレン含有量基準で25質量パーセント未満の6個より多い連続したスチレン単位を有するブロックスチレン含有量を有するブロックスチレン含有量を有する、請求項11〜20のいずれか1項に記載の過程。
- 重合が炭化水素溶媒中で行われる、請求項11〜21のいずれか1項に記載の過程。
