Description
Claims (3)
- 熱交換器チューブ(100)を形成する方法であって、
前記熱交換器チューブ(100)は、ハウジング(115)を画定する屈曲壁(105)と、前記ハウジング(115)内に挿入される内部セパレータ(130)とを備え、前記内部セパレータ(130)は複数の流体循環チャネル(136)を画定し、前記壁が高さHの円弧部によって接続される長さLの広い表面を有し、
− 波形の屈曲を有する前記内部セパレータ(130)を、前記熱交換器チューブ(100)の前記ハウジング(115)内へ隙間を伴って挿入するステップと、
− 前記熱交換器チューブ(100)をその高さ方向で圧縮するステップであって、前記圧縮は、前記熱交換器チューブ(100)を圧縮して、高さH1から高さH2(H2<H1)になるように、および、長さL1から長さL2(L1<L2)になるようにし、これにより、前記内部セパレータ(130)が押し潰され、前記熱交換器チューブ100は、圧縮後に、前記壁(105)と前記内部セパレータ(130)との間の隙間が少なくとも部分的に埋められ、前記内部セパレータ(130)は、前記波形の屈曲の頂点を押し潰すことにより形成された平坦部を含み、前記平坦部が前記壁(105)と接触するように構成される、ステップと、
を備えるとともに、
前記熱交換器チューブ(100)を圧縮する前記ステップでは、前記内部セパレータ(130)の長さが、前記壁(105)の長さよりも増大して、前記熱交換器チューブ(100)の円弧部(110)の内径と前記内部セパレータ(130)の端部(134)の湾曲部との間に存在する隙間が埋められる、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 材料のシートを曲げることによって前記熱交換器チューブ(100)の前記壁(105)が形成される予備的なステップを含み、曲げた後に、前記壁(105)は、略閉じられた断面を有し、該断面内に前記内部セパレータ(130)が挿入される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換器チューブ(100)の平らな面に対して略直交する方向で圧縮が行われる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
