Claims (7)
- 排気ガス処理装置(15)内に流体を注入するための注入装置(1)であって、注入器ホルダ(3)と、前記注入器ホルダ(3)に配置される注入器(2)と、前記注入ホルダ(3)に配置される挿入部(9)とを有し、
前記注入器(2)は、前記排気ガス処理装置(15)に前記流体を供給するための供給開口部(4)を有し、
前記挿入部(9)は、前記注入器(2)の前記供給開口部(4)内に延びるパイプ状の構成要素(5)と該構成要素(5)に連なる供給ダクト(10)を有し、
前記構成要素(5)は、前記供給開口部(4)に平行な方向の長手方向(23)において堅固であり、前記長手方向(23)に対する垂直方向(24)において少なくとも部分的に圧縮可能である、注入装置(1)。 - 前記構成要素(5)が少なくとも1つのゴム被覆(22)により囲まれる、請求項1に記載の注入装置(1)。
- 前記構成要素(5)はパイプ壁を貫通する孔(7)を有し、前記ゴム被覆(22)は前記孔(7)を少なくとも部分的に覆う、請求項2に記載の注入装置(1)。
- 前記供給開口部(4)の断面積(8)に対する前記構成要素の断面積が占める割合は、前記構成要素(5)が加速速度で前記注入器(2)に流体を供給するように設計される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置(1)。
- 前記供給開口部(4)の断面積(8)に対する前記構成要素の断面積が占める割合は40%〜85パーセントである、請求項4に記載の注入装置(1)。
- 前記注入ホルダ(3)に形成されるキャップ(16)側にバネ(11)を介して前記挿入部(9)を配置することにより氷圧補償要素を構成し、長手方向(23)において流体の膨張に適応するように設計される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置(1)。
- 内燃エンジン(13)、前記内燃エンジン(13)の排気ガスを浄化するための排気ガス処理装置(15)、および前記排気ガス処理装置(15)に流体を供給するための請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置(1)を有する、自動車(12)。
