Description
図1は、本発明の一実施例である締結部構造を説明する図で、樹脂部品10に設けられた締結部12の縦断面図であり、図2におけるI−I矢視部分の縦断面図である。図2は図1の締結部12付近を軸方向の上方から見た平面図で、図3は図1における III−III 矢視部分の横断面図である。また、図4は、締結部12に用いられているカラー14を単独で示す図で、図5におけるIV−IV矢視部分の縦断面図であり、図5は図4のカラー14を軸方向から見た平面図である。カラー14は筒状部材に相当するもので、本実施例では円筒形状の鋼管である。
Claims (4)
- 樹脂部品に径寸法が一定の円筒形状の筒状部材が一体的に埋設されているとともに、該筒状部材の内側に位置する樹脂に、大きさおよび形状が前記筒状部材とは別個に任意に設定される挿通穴が設けられており、該挿通穴内をねじ部材が挿通させられ、該ねじ部材によって該筒状部材が軸方向から挟圧されることにより、該樹脂部品を所定の部材に固定することができる樹脂部品の締結部構造において、
前記筒状部材の軸方向の一端から中間部までは該筒状部材の内周面が露出しているが、該中間部から他端までは該内周面が全周に亘って樹脂により被覆されており、該内面被覆樹脂に前記挿通穴が設けられることにより、該挿通穴の大きさおよび形状を前記筒状部材とは別個に任意に設定できる一方、
前記筒状部材の前記他端には切欠が設けられており、該切欠を介して該筒状部材の内側および外側の樹脂が一体に繋がっている
ことを特徴とする樹脂部品の締結部構造。 - 前記筒状部材には、前記他端に設けられる切欠の他に前記一端にも切欠が設けられているとともに、軸方向の中間部には貫通穴が設けられており、該切欠および該貫通穴の一部を介して該筒状部材の内側および外側の樹脂が一体に繋がっている一方、
前記切欠および前記貫通穴は、前記筒状部材の軸方向の中心に対して対称形状となるように設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂部品の締結部構造。 - 前記筒状部材の内周面が露出している軸方向長さSは、該筒状部材の全長Lの1/2以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の樹脂部品の締結部構造。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の締結部構造を有する樹脂部品を前記筒状部材と一体的にインサート成形するための成形装置であって、
前記筒状部材の内周形状に対応する外周形状を有し、該筒状部材の内側に相対的に嵌合されて該筒状部材を位置決めする位置決め部と、
該位置決め部から軸方向に突出するように一体に設けられて前記挿通穴を成形する突出成形部と、
を有する芯金を備えており、該芯金は、前記位置決め部側において一対の成形金型の何れか一方に一体的に固設されている
ことを特徴とする成形装置。
