Description
本出願は、2011年7月12日に出願された特許文献1の利益を主張するものであり、この特許文献1の開示を参照により本明細書に組み込む。
a.炭化水素原料を酸化反応器に供給する工程であって、炭化水素原料が硫黄含有化合物を含む、工程;
b.前記炭化水素原料を、酸化反応器内で、炭化水素原料中に存在する硫黄化合物を選択的に酸化するのに十分な条件下、触媒の存在下で酸化剤と接触させて、炭化水素及び酸化硫黄含有化合物を含む炭化水素の流れを生成する工程;
c.前記酸化硫黄含有炭化水素の流れを水相及び非水性酸化溶出液に分離する工程;
d.前記非水性酸化溶出液を回収し、それを電子供与剤と接触させて、非水性酸化溶出液中に存在するスルホン及びスルホキシドを減少させ、スルホン及びスルホキシド中の炭素−硫黄結合の還元的開裂を引き起こして分解し、副生成物の塩と脱硫された炭化水素を生成する工程;及び、
e.副生成物の塩を分離し、脱硫された炭化水素の流れを回収する工程;を含む方法である。

圧力:1kg/cm2
Claims (20)
- 炭化水素原料からスルホン及びスルホキシドを除去することによって炭化水素原料を改良する方法であって、
a.炭化水素原料を酸化反応器に供給する工程であって、前記炭化水素原料が硫黄含有化合物を含む工程;
b.前記炭化水素原料を、酸化反応器内で、炭化水素原料中に存在する硫黄化合物を選択的に酸化するのに十分な条件下、触媒の存在下で酸化剤と接触させて、炭化水素及び酸化硫黄含有化合物を含む炭化水素の流れを生成する工程;
c.前記酸化硫黄含有炭化水素の流れを水相及び非水性酸化溶出液に分離する工程;
d.前記非水性酸化溶出液を回収し、それを電子供与剤と接触させて、非水性酸化溶出液中に存在するスルホン及びスルホキシドを減少させ、スルホン及びスルホキシド中の炭素−硫黄結合の還元的開裂を引き起こして分解し、副生成物の塩と脱硫された炭化水素を生成する工程;
e.副生成物の塩を分離し、脱硫された炭化水素の流れを回収する工程;を含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 原料のスルホン及びスルホキシド含有量に基づき、1〜5モル当量の電子供与剤を使用する
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 1〜3モル当量の電子供与剤を使用する
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記分解は100〜300℃の温度で実施する
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記分解は100〜200℃で実施する
請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記分解は100〜150℃で実施する
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記分解は3〜30kg/cm2の圧力で実施する
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記分解は0.05〜4.0h−1で実施する
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記電子供与剤は、スルホン及びスルホキシドの還元的開裂を実施するのに十分な酸化電位を有する
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記電子供与剤はテトラアザアルケンである
請求項9に記載の方法。 - テトラアザアルケンがビスイミダゾリリデンである
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記炭化水素原料は原油、油、シェールオイル、石炭液体、中間精油生成物及びその蒸留留分である
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記電子供与剤は、飽和カロメル電極を参照したときに、ジメチルホルムアミド中で少なくとも−1.2Vの半電位を有する
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記炭化水素原料は36〜2000℃の範囲で沸騰する
請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記工程cの後、非水性酸化溶出液を溶媒で抽出して処理する
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記溶媒は極性溶媒である
請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記抽出は20〜60℃及び圧力1〜10barで実施する
請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記抽出の工程の後、抽出された溶出液を吸着処理する
請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記吸着処理の吸着剤は、活性炭、シリカゲル、アルミナ、天然粘土、極性ポリマーが塗布されたシリカゲル、活性炭及びアルミナからなる群から選択される
請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記吸着処理は20〜60℃及び圧力1〜15barで運転する
