Description
ヘッダタンクのタンク本体の周壁における両端の熱交換管よりもタンク本体の長手方向外側部分にスリットが形成され、当該スリットに、板状の閉鎖部材がタンク本体の外側から嵌め入れられてタンク本体の周壁に接合され、サイドプレートの両端が、タンク本体の周壁における閉鎖部材よりもタンク本体の長手方向外側部分に形成された挿入部内に挿入されてタンク本体の周壁に接合され、タンク本体の周壁における閉鎖部材よりもタンク本体の長手方向外側部分に、排水口が、サイドプレートと干渉せず、かつ閉鎖部材のタンク本体の外側を向いた面の一部分が、排水口の周縁部の一部分となるように形成され、
排水口が、タンク本体の周壁に形成された切り欠きからなり、当該切り欠きが、スリットにおけるタンク本体の長手方向外側縁部からタンク本体の周壁の端面に向かって形成され、かつタンク本体の長手方向外側端部が、スリットとタンク本体の周壁の端面との間に位置している熱交換器。

Claims (4)
- 互いに間隔をおいて配置された1対のヘッダタンクと、両ヘッダタンク間に並列状に配置されて両端部が両ヘッダタンクに接続された複数の熱交換管と、隣り合う熱交換管どうしの間および両端の熱交換管の外側に配置されたフィンと、両端のフィンの外側に配置されるとともに両端がヘッダタンクに接合されたサイドプレートとを備えており、ヘッダタンクが、両端が開口した筒状タンク本体と、タンク本体の両端開口を閉鎖する閉鎖部材とを有する熱交換器において、
ヘッダタンクのタンク本体の周壁における両端の熱交換管よりもタンク本体の長手方向外側部分にスリットが形成され、当該スリットに、板状の閉鎖部材がタンク本体の外側から嵌め入れられてタンク本体の周壁に接合され、サイドプレートの両端が、タンク本体の周壁における閉鎖部材よりもタンク本体の長手方向外側部分に形成された挿入部内に挿入されてタンク本体の周壁に接合され、タンク本体の周壁における閉鎖部材よりもタンク本体の長手方向外側部分に、排水口が、サイドプレートと干渉せず、かつ閉鎖部材のタンク本体の外側を向いた面の一部分が排水口の周縁部の一部分となるように形成されており、
排水口が、タンク本体の周壁に形成された切り欠きからなり、当該切り欠きが、スリットにおけるタンク本体の長手方向外側縁部からタンク本体の周壁の端面に向かって形成され、かつタンク本体の長手方向外側端部が、スリットとタンク本体の周壁の端面との間に位置している熱交換器。 - タンク本体の挿入部が、タンク本体の周壁にその端面から形成された切り欠きからなる請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- タンク本体の挿入部が、タンク本体の周壁に形成された貫通穴からなる請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 閉鎖部材の周縁部に突起が形成され、タンク本体の周壁に、閉鎖部材の突起が嵌る貫通穴が形成され、閉鎖部材の突起がタンク本体の周壁の貫通穴に通されて先端がかしめられた状態で、閉鎖部材がタンク本体に接合されている請求項1〜3のうちのいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
