Description
The present invention relates to a flow meter having a rotor that rotates in accordance with the flow rate of a fluid to be measured, for example.
Conventionally, in a flowmeter having a rotor that rotates in accordance with the flow rate of a fluid to be measured, a pipe is attached to the top and bottom to flow the fluid to be measured, and a flow path that communicates with the storage unit in the center of the main body is formed. The housing includes a housing and a flow meter unit detachably attached to the housing. The flow meter unit has a rotor that rotates according to the flow rate of the fluid, and includes a measuring unit that is stored in the storage unit, and a counting unit that is sealed and attached to the measuring unit and detects the number of rotations of the rotor. (For example, refer patent document 1).
Such a flow meter is conventionally piped as shown in FIG. 6, for example. In FIG. 6, pipes are vertically attached to flow the fluid in the vertical direction, and fine dust contained in the fluid is collected on the flowmeter 100 (upstream side of the fluid) composed of the housing and the flowmeter unit. A

Further, the
However, since the flowmeters connected in this way have a rotor with a certain clearance inside the flowmeter, they are vulnerable to dust, that it is necessary to provide a separate sub-filter in addition to the filter, and that the fluid flows vertically upward In order to flow downward from the bottom, it is necessary to stack the pipes from the ground up and intentionally change the fluid flow from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction. In other words, it is assumed that the filter and the sub-filter are used as a set, and the pipeline of a gas company or the like needs to be temporarily changed from the horizontal to the vertical direction at the time of installation.
For these reasons, the conventional flow meter gradually increases in size in the vertical direction (vertical direction) when assembled, and the larger the flow meter, the larger the filter installed on the upstream side of the fluid. Therefore, there has been a problem that the assembly work takes a lot of labor and manpower.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is easy to assemble without increasing the size at the time of installation, and a conventional filter is used for dust contained in the fluid. An object is to obtain a flow meter having the same dust collecting ability as that of the case and the ability to protect the inside of the flow meter at the time of pipe assembly equivalent to a conventional sub-filter.
A flow meter according to the present invention is provided on a housing that communicates with a storage unit and in which a flow path through which a fluid flows is formed, and a pair of shafts that are horizontally positioned when stored in the storage unit. A cartridge holder that has a rotor that rotates in response to the outer peripheral surface, and a partition wall that divides the fluid inflow side and the outflow side is formed on the outer peripheral surface, and a counting unit that is integrated with the cartridge holder and counts the rotation of the rotor The cartridge holder has an inlet through which the fluid that has passed through the flow path flows in, and an outlet through which the fluid flows into the flow path, and collects dust at least at the inlet of the cartridge holder. A filter is provided.
According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a flow meter that is easy to install by reducing the size of the portion that collects dust without reducing the dust collection capability of the dust contained in the fluid.

FIG. 1A is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the flow meter 1 before assembly, and FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the flow meter 1 after assembly.

例えば気孔を有するPVF(ポリビニルホルマール)スポンジなどである。

Next, assembly of the flow meter 1 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIG. 1 again.
First, pipes (not shown) are attached to the
Further, as described above, the
Next, the
In particular, in the
Here, the
Next, the operation of the flow meter 1 assembled as described above will be described.
First, the operation when a vertical pipe is attached to the flow meter 1 and the fluid flows in the vertical direction will be described.
FIG. 3 is a diagram for explaining the operation when a vertical pipe is attached to the flow meter 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The arrows in the figure indicate the flow of fluid.
In the flow meter 1 to which the vertical pipe is attached, as shown in FIG. 3, the fluid to be measured is on the upper front side of the

In FIG. 3, the
Next, the operation when a horizontal pipe is attached to the flow meter 1 and the fluid flows in the lateral direction will be described.
