Description

The present invention relates to a temporary scaffold used when building or maintaining a building built close to a neighboring house in a narrow area, and an assembling method thereof.

In order to perform work from outside the room during construction of a building such as a house or maintenance after construction, a construction scaffolding is temporarily installed.
Such building scaffolds are generally constructed by combining single pipe columns and beam members that are erected at predetermined intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions, and temporarily installing a footboard on the beam members.
For example, a first column of columns composed of a plurality of columns is arranged upright at an inner position close to the building, and a second column of columns arranged at a predetermined interval is arranged upright at an outer position far from the building. The two struts circulate in parallel around the building, a beam member is temporarily installed between the inner and outer struts, and a tread is temporarily installed on the adjacent beam member, and the treads connected in a straight line An arrangement has been proposed in which the rows are arranged so as to be orthogonal at the corners (for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-188023

However, when performing maintenance etc. on a building built close to the neighbor in a narrow area where the distance to the neighbor is only about 30 to 50 cm, for example, a sufficient space cannot be secured. A conventional construction scaffold such as the invention could not be temporarily set up.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a temporary scaffold for a narrow land used when a building constructed close to a neighbor's house is operated from the outdoor side, and its assembly. It is to provide a method.

According to claim 1, the subject is a temporary scaffold that is installed between a building and a building adjacent to the building, and is used to perform the work of the building, and is a pair of spaced-apart And a scaffolding plate fixed on the beam frame. The beam frame includes a plurality of beam frames in the longitudinal direction. This is solved by connecting the divided beam frames divided to each other to each other.

In this way, the beam frame is formed by connecting the divided beam frames obtained by dividing the beam frame into a plurality of longitudinal directions, so that the beam frames are provided for each of the divided beam frames as the temporary scaffolding installation location. The length of each member that can be brought into the temporary scaffolding can be reduced. Therefore, even if the building and the adjacent building are close to each other and the space for installing the temporary scaffolding is narrow, the temporary scaffolding can be installed. In particular, not only is the space for installing the temporary scaffolding narrow, but even when the road in front of the building to be subjected to maintenance work is narrow, the temporary scaffolding can be easily carried into the installation site. .

In this case, it is preferable that the beam frame is formed by arranging only one row of beam members in the horizontal direction.
Since it is configured in this way, a beam frame having a narrower width than a general beam frame including two rows of beam members in the horizontal direction can be realized. Therefore, a temporary scaffold can be installed even in a narrow narrow area that cannot be installed with a general temporary scaffold.

At this time, a connecting portion for connecting the beam frame body to the support column is provided on both end sides of the beam frame body, the support column is erected on the ground, and the beam frame body is It is preferable that a plurality of connected portions for connecting to the support columns are provided along the extending direction of the support columns.
In this way, since the column is erected on the ground, it is not necessary to fix the column to the building. Therefore, there is no need to find a place for fixing the column to the building, so it is convenient for the maintenance of the building regardless of the location.
Moreover, since the support | pillar is equipped with the to-be-connected part for connecting a beam frame to a support | pillar along the extension direction of a support | pillar, a scaffold board can be installed according to the height which works. It is also possible to install a plurality of scaffold plates in parallel on the top and bottom.

At this time, a plate body having an angle with respect to the beam material is fixed to the divided beam frame at an end where the divided beam frame is connected to the other divided beam frame. It is preferable that a bolt hole for connecting the divided beam frame and the other divided beam frame is provided.
Since it is configured in this way, the adjacent split beam frames can be connected to each other by bolting, so that the temporary scaffolding can be easily assembled in a narrow area, and at the same time the connection strength between the split beam frames Can keep enough.

At this time, each of the divided beam frames includes at least a pair of fixing members for fixing the scaffold plate, and the scaffold plate is provided for each of the divided beam frames, and the scaffold plate is disposed above the plate body. Is preferably arranged.
Since it comprises in this way, each scaffold board can be made short, and the length of each member brought into the installation place of a temporary scaffold can be shortened. As a result, the temporary scaffold can be easily installed in a narrow area.
In addition, since the scaffolding plate is disposed above the plate, the plate connecting the adjacent divided beam frames is not exposed to the worker side, and the plate is accidentally stepped on by the worker. It is possible to prevent the connection rigidity from being lowered.

At this time, it is preferable that the scaffold plate has a width of 50 cm or less.
Since it is configured in this way, it is possible to install a temporary scaffold even in a narrow area where the space between the building to be worked and the adjacent building is narrow.
At this time, the divided beam frame includes the upper beam member, the lower beam member provided below and opposed to the upper beam member, the lower beam member, and the upper beam member. It is preferable that the bridging member for bridging is integrally formed.
Since it comprises in this way, a beam frame can be comprised in the frame shape which spreads in the perpendicular direction, and the rigidity of a beam frame can be improved. In addition, the split beam frame can be prevented from rotating during use.

According to claim 8, the subject is an assembly method of a temporary scaffold for installing a temporary scaffold used for performing the work of the building between a building and a building adjacent to the building, the pair of struts Are installed on the ground with a space between each other, and a pair of beam frames divided into a plurality of lengths in the pair of columns are connected to both ends of the beam frame body. This is solved by including a connecting step and a scaffold plate fixing step of fixing the scaffold plate on the beam frame.

In particular, not only is the space for installing the temporary scaffolding narrow, but even when the road in front of the building to be subjected to maintenance work is narrow, the temporary scaffolding can be easily carried into the installation site. .

At this time, in the connecting step, the step of connecting the first divided beam frame among the divided beam frames to one of the columns, and the next division to the divided beam frame already connected to the column. A step of sequentially connecting beam frames and a step of connecting the last divided beam frame to the other support column are performed, and in the scaffold plate fixing step, the scaffold plate is fixed for each of the divided beam frames. Is preferred.

According to the present invention, since the beam frame is formed by connecting the divided beam frames obtained by dividing the beam frame into a plurality of longitudinal directions, the beam frames are installed for each divided beam frame. It can be brought into the place, and the length of each member brought into the temporary scaffolding place can be shortened. Therefore, even if the building and the adjacent building are close to each other and the space for installing the temporary scaffolding is narrow, the temporary scaffolding can be installed. In particular, not only is the space for installing the temporary scaffolding narrow, but even when the road in front of the building to be subjected to maintenance work is narrow, the temporary scaffolding can be easily carried into the installation site. .

As shown in FIG. 4, a scaffold plate holder 36 for fixing the scaffold plate 6 is not shown at two positions on the upper surface of the upper beam member 52 and closer to the center in the longitudinal direction than the plate body 56. It is fixed with bolts.
The scaffold plate holder 36 is bolted to the upper surface of the upper beam member 52 so that the upper surface of the square pipe 36d is horizontal.
The beam frame 3 is configured by fixing a pair of end beam frames 4 to both ends of the central beam frame 5. The fixing between the central beam frame 5 and the pair of end beam frames 4 is performed by fastening the plate body 46 and the plate body 56 by a not-shown double-sided bolt and a pair of nuts 46a and 56a. .
As shown in FIG. 1, when the temporary scaffold 1 is assembled, the vicinity of the end portion of the scaffold plate 6 is disposed above the connecting portion of the plate body 46 and the plate body 56.
By comprising in this way, since the connection part of the board 46 and the board 56 is not directly exposed upwards, it can prevent that an operator steps on and a connection rigidity falls.

The scaffold plate 6 has a width of about 30 cm and has the same configuration as the scaffold plate used in a known temporary scaffold. In addition, the width | variety of the scaffold board 6 can be suitably selected according to the clearance gap between the building where the temporary scaffold 1 of this embodiment is used, and an adjacent building.
As shown in FIG. 1, the scaffold plate 6 of the present embodiment has a length in the longitudinal direction that is close to the length in the longitudinal direction of the end beam frame 4 and the central beam frame 5. And one is installed above each of the central beam frames 5.
By configuring in this way, the lengths of the end beam frame 4, the central beam frame 5 and the scaffold plate 6 are approximately unified, and the workability when placing the temporary scaffold 1 on the transport truck is improved.

As in the case of the scaffolding plate 6 'in FIG. 5, the number of the scaffolding plates 6' included in the set of temporary scaffolding 1 'is different from the total number of the end beam frame 4 and the central beam frame 5, and adjacent to each other. The positions of the gaps between the scaffolding plates 6 ′ and the plate bodies 46, 56 connecting the end beam frame 4 and the central beam frame 5 may not be made to correspond to each other. At this time, the plates 46 and 56 that connect the end beam frame 4 and the central beam frame 5 cannot be seen from the gap between the adjacent scaffold plates 6 ′.
In the example of FIG. 5, four scaffold plates 6 ′ are provided, and the total number of the end beam frames 4 and the central beam frames 5 is three. Therefore, the clearance between the scaffold plate 6 ′, the end beam frames 4, and the center The connection positions of the beam frames are staggered.
By comprising in this way, scaffolding board 6 'extends long above the vicinity of the connection position of the end beam frame 4 and the center beam frame 5, and is not exposed to a clearance. Rigidity is enhanced as compared with the case where the gap between the scaffolding plates 6 ′ is arranged above the vicinity of the connection position between the end beam frame 4 and the central beam frame 5.

(Assembling method of temporary scaffold)
Next, a method for assembling the temporary scaffold 1 will be described.
When performing maintenance on a building constructed close to a neighboring house from the outdoor side, first, the pair of support columns 2 are placed on the ground on the back side and the road side in the gap between the building to be maintained and the adjacent building. Fix in two places.
Next, the end beam frame 4 is brought into a position adjacent to the column 2 at the back of the gap with the adjacent building. The locking piece 45 of the end beam frame 4 is locked to the locking holder 21 corresponding to the height at which the beam frame 3 is desired to be installed.
Next, the central beam frame 5 is brought into a gap with an adjacent building. A not-shown double-ended bolt that has been passed through a bolt hole (not shown) of the plate body 46 of the end beam frame 4 is inserted into a bolt hole (not shown) of the plate body 56 of the central beam frame 5 and tightened with nuts 46a and 56a. . Thereby, the end beam frame 4 and the central beam frame 5 are connected to the back column 2.

Next, the other end beam frame 4 is brought into a position adjacent to the central beam frame 5 through a gap with an adjacent building. A not-shown double-ended bolt that has been passed through a bolt hole (not shown) of the plate 56 of the central beam frame 5 is inserted into a bolt hole (not shown) of the plate 46 of the end beam frame 4 and tightened with nuts 46a and 56a. . Further, the locking piece 45 of the end beam frame 4 is locked to the locking holder 21 of the front column 2 corresponding to the locking height of the back column 2.
Thereby, the end beam frame 4, the central beam frame 5, and the end beam frame 4 are sequentially connected to the pair of support columns 2.
Next, the scaffolding plate 6 is placed on the scaffolding plate holder 36 fixed to each of the end beam frame 4, the central beam frame 5, and the end beam frame 4 to complete the assembly of the temporary scaffold 1.

Using a stepladder or the like disposed near the support column 2 on the near side, the worker goes up on the scaffolding plate 6 from the end beam frame 4 on the near side, and performs maintenance work on the building from the outdoor side.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, an example in which only one set of the beam frame 3 and the scaffold plate 6 is installed on the temporary scaffold 1 is shown. A plurality of sets of beam frames 3 and scaffolding plates 6 may be installed up and down by locking the beam frame 3 to 21. For example, the work on each floor can be smoothly performed by installing the beam frames 3 on the locking holders 21 corresponding to different levels of the building.
As described above, when a plurality of sets of the beam frame 3 and the scaffolding plate 6 are installed vertically, when moving to the scaffolding plate 6 having a different height, the scaffolding plate having a different height is once returned to the support column 2 on the near side. Go up to 6 or go inside the building and go up and down on the stairs in the building and move from the building to the scaffolding plate 6 of different height.
Since the temporary scaffold 1 of this embodiment is installed in a gap between a building to be maintained and an adjacent building, the temporary scaffold 1 can be directly descended from the scaffold board 6 to the ground, or can be directly climbed to the scaffold board 6 having a different height. This is because there is no space between the scaffold board 6 and the building.

In addition, the temporary scaffold 1 of the present embodiment is installed with a gap of about several centimeters to 20 cm between a building to be maintained in a narrow area and an adjacent building and the scaffold board 6. Therefore, since there is not enough space between the scaffold board 6 and the building for the operator to fall off the scaffold board 6, the temporary scaffold 1 does not need to be provided with a handrail.
In this embodiment, the beam frame 3 is divided into three in the length direction. However, the number of divisions is not limited to this, and the entire beam frame 3 such as two divisions or four divisions. It can be selected as appropriate according to the length and the size of the building to be maintained.

Further, three or more support columns 2 may be installed so as to be placed on a straight line, and the beam frame 3 may be installed between them. This configuration can be achieved by connecting the beam frame 3 to the locking holders 21 on both sides of the support column 2 installed in the center. If comprised in this way, since the beam frame 3 of FIG. 1 is located in a straight line via the support | pillar 2 between, it can apply also when the clearance gap between buildings is long.
In addition, the three columns 2 may be arranged so as to be positioned at the apex of the right triangle, and the two beam frame bodies 3 may be attached to the column 2 so as to form two sides sandwiching the right angle of the right triangle. This configuration can be achieved by connecting the beam frames 3 to the locking holders 21 provided at right angles to the columns 2 positioned at the right corners of the right triangle. If comprised in this way, since the beam frame 3 of FIG. 1 will bend | curve vertically centering on the support | pillar 2, it can be applied also when the clearance gap between buildings bends | bents perpendicularly.
