Description
自身の第1の端部と第2の端部との間で軸方向沿いに延びる管状筐体と、筐体に対して軸方向周りに回転しないよう筐体の第1の端部に取り付けられた絶縁体であって、筐体の内部空間側に面する内側部分、内部空間の反対側に面する外側部分、及び外側部分から絶縁体を貫通して内部空間につながる、導電性接続ピンを収容するための少なくとも1つのチャネルを有する、絶縁体とを提供するステップと、電球を動作させるための電気回路を収納するためのハウジングを、ハウジングが絶縁体に対して軸方向周りに回転しないよう、絶縁体の内側部分に取り付けるステップであって、ハウジングの筐体に対する回転が防がれる、ステップと、
導電性接続ピンの端部の水平凸部又は凹部がハウジングの係合部と係合し、絶縁体とハウジングとの間の分離が、少なくとも軸方向において防がれるよう、導電性接続ピンの端部を取り付けるステップと
を含む、方法が提供される。
Claims (12)
- 電球の口金であって、
自身の第1の端部と第2の端部との間で軸方向沿いに延びる管状筐体と、
前記筐体に対して前記軸方向周りに回転しないよう前記筐体の前記第1の端部に取り付けられた絶縁体であって、前記筐体の内部空間側に面する内側部分、前記内部空間の反対側に面する外側部分、及び前記外側部分から前記絶縁体を貫通して前記内部空間につながる、導電性接続ピンを収容するための少なくとも1つのチャネルを有する、絶縁体と、
前記電球を動作させるための電気回路を収納するためのハウジングとを含み、前記導電性接続ピンの端部は、前記絶縁体と前記ハウジングとの間の分離が、少なくとも前記軸方向において防がれるよう、前記ハウジングの係合部と係合する水平凸部又は凹部を有し、前記ハウジングが前記絶縁体に対して前記軸方向周りに回転しないよう、前記ハウジングは前記絶縁体の前記内側部分に取り付けられ、前記ハウジングの前記筐体に対する回転が防がれる、口金。 - 前記絶縁体と前記ハウジングとの間の境界は、前記ハウジングの内部空間を前記ハウジングの外面と前記筐体の内面との間に形成される環状空間から分離する、請求項1に記載の口金。
- 前記絶縁体の前記内側部分は、前記ハウジングの端部に向かって前記軸方向に延びる第1の表面を提供し、
前記ハウジングの前記端部は、前記絶縁体の前記内側部分に向かって前記軸方向に延びる第2の表面を提供し、
前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面は互いに沿って及び接触して延びる、請求項1又は2に記載の口金。 - 前記絶縁体は、前記絶縁体の前記内側部分に配置され、前記ハウジングの端部に向かって前記軸方向に延びる仕切り部材を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の口金。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記ハウジングの端部に配置され且つ前記絶縁体の前記内側部分に向かって前記軸方向に延びる仕切り部材を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の口金。
- 前記絶縁体の前記仕切り部材の側面は、前記ハウジングの前記仕切り部材の側面に沿って及び接触して延びる、請求項4又は5に記載の口金。
- 前記絶縁体の前記仕切り部材及び前記ハウジングの前記仕切り部材は、前記絶縁体と前記ハウジングとの間の境界を形成し、前記ハウジングの内部空間を前記ハウジングの外面と前記筐体の内面との間に形成される環状空間から分離する、請求項6に記載の口金。
- 前記ハウジングの前記仕切り部材は、前記ハウジングの内部空間から前記ハウジングの外面と前記筐体の内面との間に形成される環状空間に延びる第1の接続導線を収納する導線チャネルを含む、請求項5に記載の口金。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記ハウジングの前記端部に配置された接続部を含み、前記接続部は、前記絶縁体の前記少なくとも1つのチャネルと前記軸方向に沿って整列され、前記導電性接続ピンの端部及び前記ハウジングの内部空間から延びる第2の接続導線を収容する第1のチャネルを含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の口金。
- 前記接続部は、前記接続部の壁を貫通して前記第1のチャネルにつながる第2のチャネルを含み、前記第2のチャネルは前記第2の接続導線を収容する、請求項9に記載の口金。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の口金と、前記口金の上に配置され、少なくとも1つの光源を含む照明モジュールとを含む、電球。
- 電球の口金を組み立てる方法であって、
自身の第1の端部と第2の端部との間で軸方向沿いに延びる管状筐体と、前記筐体に対して前記軸方向周りに回転しないよう前記筐体の前記第1の端部に取り付けられた絶縁体であって、前記筐体の内部空間側に面する内側部分、前記内部空間の反対側に面する外側部分、及び前記外側部分から前記絶縁体を貫通して前記内部空間につながる、導電性接続ピンを収容するための少なくとも1つのチャネルを有する、絶縁体とを提供するステップと、
前記電球を動作させるための電気回路を収納するためのハウジングを、前記ハウジングが前記絶縁体に対して前記軸方向周りに回転しないよう、前記絶縁体の前記内側部分に取り付けるステップであって、前記ハウジングの前記筐体に対する回転が防がれる、ステップと、
前記導電性接続ピンの端部の水平凸部又は凹部が前記ハウジングの係合部と係合し、前記絶縁体と前記ハウジングとの間の分離が、少なくとも前記軸方向において防がれるよう、前記導電性接続ピンの前記端部を取り付けるステップと
を含む、方法。
