Description
Claims (17)
- 電球であって、
キャビティを形成するねじ込受金と、
前記キャビティ内に配置され、開口部で終端する通路を形成するねじ込み受金絶縁体と、
駆動基板であって、該駆動基板の近位側の縁から突出し、前記ねじ込み受金の開口部の外側に突出している近位側端部を形成する共面の正の脚部と、前記駆動基板の近位側の縁から突出し前記ねじ込み受金に電気的に接続された近位側端部を形成する負の脚部と、を有している駆動基板と、
前記ねじ込受金と前記負の脚部の前記近位側端部との間で前記キャビティ内に位置決めされた導電発泡体インサートと、を備える電球であって、
前記正の脚部が、前記通路を貫通し、電球ソケットの正の端子と電気的に接触するように構成され、
前記負の脚部の前記近位側端部は、前記導電発泡体インサートに当接している、
ことを特徴とする電球。 - 前記正の脚部の近位側端部が、導体キャップを有する、
請求項1に記載の電球。 - 前記負の脚部の近位側端部が、導体キャップを有する、
請求項1に記載の電球。 - 前記ねじ込み受金絶縁体が、前記導電発泡体インサートを受けるように形作られた円環縁を有する、
請求項1に記載の電球。 - 前記導電発泡体インサートが、前記通路を囲むような円環形状である、
請求項1に記載の電球。 - 前記共面の正の脚部の近位端部分が導体トレースを有している、
請求項1に記載の電球。 - 前記共面の正の脚部が基板と導体トレースを有している、
請求項1に記載の電球。 - 前記共面の負の脚部が基板と導体トレースを有している、
請求項1に記載の電球。 - キャビティを形成する口金受金と、
前記キャビティ内に配置され開口部で終端する少なくとも1つの通路を形成する口金受金絶縁体と、
駆動基板であって、該駆動基板の近位側の縁から突出し前記口金受金絶縁体の前記開口部の外側に突出する近位側端部を形成する共面の正の脚部と、前記駆動基板の近位側の縁から突出し前記口金受金に電気的に接続されるかまたは前記口金受金絶縁体の第2の通路のもう1つの開口部の外側に突出する、近位側端部を形成する共面の負の脚部と、を有する駆動基板と、前記ねじ込受金と前記負の脚部の前記近位側端部との間で前記キャビティ内に位置決めされた導電発泡体インサートと、を備える電球であって、
前記正の脚部が、前記少なくとも1つの通路を貫通して、電球ソケットの正の端子と電気的に接触するように少なくとも構成され、
前記負の脚部の前記近位側端部は、前記導電発泡体インサートに当接している、
ことを特徴とする電球。 - 前記共面の負の脚部が基板と導体トレースを有している、
請求項9に記載の電球。 - 前記共面の正の脚部が基板と導体トレースを有している、
請求項9に記載の電球。 - 前記共面の負の脚部の近位側端部が、導体キャップを有する、
請求項9に記載の電球。 - 前記口金受金絶縁体が、前記導電発泡体インサートを受けるように形作られた円環縁を有する、
請求項9に記載の電球。 - 前記導電発泡体インサートが、前記少なくとも1つの通路を囲むような円環状である、
請求項9に記載の電球。 - 前記共面の負の脚部が、前記口金受金に電気的に接続された近位側端部を形成し、前記口金受金が、対向して配置され前記口金受金から外方に突出する一対の側方突出片を有する、
請求項9に記載の電球。 - 前記負の脚部が前記第2の通路を貫通し、電球ソケットの負の端子と電気的に接触するように構成されている、
請求項9に記載の電球。 - 前記正及び負の脚部の近位側端部のそれぞれが、導体キャップを有し、前記導電体キャップがピンコネクタとして使用できるように構成されている、
