Claims (6)
- 車両に気体または液体燃料を補給するための高圧力コネクタあって、媒体通路とシーリングピストンとを有するハウジングを具え、該シーリングピストンの先端部は環状シールに対して密封する態様で配列する高圧力コネクタにおいて、
前記環状シール(4)は、堅いプラスチックからなるシール担持体(4a)と、柔らかいプラスチックからなって前記シール担持体(4a)に挿入される挿入シール(4b)と、該挿入シール(4b)および前記シール担持体(4a)がそれぞれ1個ずつ有する2個のシーリング端部(5および5’)と、を有し、
前記シーリングピストンの先端部が、前記2個のシーリング端部(5および5’)に密封係合することによって、2段階密封することを特徴とする高圧力コネクタ。 - 前記シール担持体(4a)はPEEKで作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧力コネクタ。
- 前記挿入シール(4b)はPTFEで作られることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは請求項2に記載の高圧力コネクタ。
- 前記シール担持体(4a)は段(4c)を有する階段状の環形状であり、前記挿入シール(4b)は該段(4c)上に、ねじ込みにより、搭載されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の高圧力コネクタ。
- 前記挿入シール(4b)は前記シール担持体(4a)の通路径(d)より大きい内径(D)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の高圧力コネクタ。
- 前記挿入シール(4b)はシーリングピストン(3)に向かって拡径する円錐形の内面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の高圧力コネクタ。
