本发明公开了一种双密封结构氯气阀,包括阀盖、阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、阀座,其改进之处在于:所述阀瓣端部设有双密封结构,阀瓣上有由锥面、平面构成的双密封面,所述双密封面上设有耐磨层。进一步的改进是,双密封结构的锥面夹角为65~75度,平面夹角为6~12度。本发明的优点是密封性能好,使用寿命长、安全性好,且免维护无泄漏,十分安全可靠,耐腐蚀能力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是一种氯气输送管道专用阀门,属于化工行业专用介质输送管道阀领域。
背景技术
以往,氯碱化工行业的氯气阀,通常为普通阀门。普通阀门无论从材料还是结构都不具备专用的特点,在强腐蚀、有毒有害的工艺条件下,往往密封性能差,易泄漏,壳体易穿孔,使用寿命短,不能满足长期有效输送有毒介质的特殊要求。氯气一旦泄露出来,会对周边环境和人身安全带来严重的后果。
近年来,根据有毒、易泄漏介质输送的特殊要求,针对现有阀门使用的若干缺陷,现在技术中公布了不少关于防止氯气泄漏的氯气专用阀的技术方案,但是,从实践中来看,现有技术的氯气输送管道专用阀门还是有一定的不足,密封可靠性还不够好,长期使用有时仍会有少许泄漏,使用寿命也不够长、安全性还不够。
发明内容
本发明要解决的是现有技术中存在的长期使用后密封性不佳、使用寿命不长的不足,提供了一种双密封结构氯气阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
    双密封结构氯气阀,包括阀盖、阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、阀座,其改进之处在于:所述阀瓣端部设有双密封结构,阀瓣上有由锥面、平面构成的双密封面,所述双密封面上设有耐磨层。
    作为本发明的进一步改进,所述双密封结构的锥面夹角为65~75度,所述平面夹角为6~12度。
    作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述阀座上加工有马蹄形槽和燕尾形槽,槽内填充聚四氟乙烯树脂并与金属基体构成一体。
    作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述双密封面上耐磨层为聚四氟乙烯复合层。
采用上述技术方案,使得本发明具有如下优点:
1、         密封更可靠。阀瓣上加工有双密封结构,这种双密封结构比过去的单一的密封结构更为可靠。
2、         使用寿命更长。阀瓣端部加工有5~15度的椎体,当阀门打开时介质沿椎体表面分流,解决了平面端部介质冲刷阀座的难题,提高阀门使用寿命十倍以上。
3、         双密封面上耐磨层为聚四氟乙烯复合层,使得本发明耐磨、耐腐蚀。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示的双密封结构氯气阀,包括阀盖10、阀体2、阀瓣3、阀杆9、阀座7,其特征在于:阀瓣3端部设有双密封结构,阀瓣3上有由锥面、平面构成的双密封面4,本实施例中,双密封结构的锥面夹角为70度,平面夹角为10度。阀座7上加工有马蹄形槽和燕尾形槽5,槽内填充聚四氟乙烯树脂并与金属基体构成一体。双密封面4上设有耐磨层,本实施例中,双密封面4上耐磨层为聚四氟乙烯复合层。

1.一种双密封结构氯气阀,包括阀盖(10)、阀体(2)、阀瓣(3)、阀杆(9)、阀座(7),其特征在于:所述阀瓣(3)端部设有双密封结构,阀瓣(3)上有由锥面、平面构成的双密封面(4),所述双密封面(4)上设有耐磨层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双密封结构氯气阀,其特征在于:所述双密封结构的锥面夹角为65~75度,平面夹角为6~12度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双密封结构氯气阀,其特征在于:所述阀座(7)上加工有马蹄形槽和燕尾形槽(5),槽内填充聚四氟乙烯树脂并与金属基体构成一体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双密封结构氯气阀,其特征在于:所述双密封面(4)上耐磨层为聚四氟乙烯复合层。
