本出願は2007年8月6日に出願した同時係属出願である出願番号第11/834,164号の一部継続出願である。
(技術分野)
本発明はカテーテル、ガイドワイヤ、塞栓保護フィルタなどの体内用医療装置のための潤滑性親水性コーティングの技術分野に関する。
Claims (8)
- 少なくともその一部の上に潤滑性コーティングを備えた医療装置であって、
a)当該医療装置の少なくとも一部に直接塗布された、酸官能化モノアクリレート、光開始剤、イソプロパノール、ベンゾフェノンおよびベンジルジメチルケタールを含むプライマーコーティングと、
b)前記プライマーコーティングの上に配置され、ポリビニルピロリドン、ジアジド化合物、トリメチロールプロピルトリアクリレートおよび酸官能化モノアクリレートを光開始剤と共に含む潤滑性コーティングと
を備え、
前記イソプロパノールは前記プライマーコーティングの約95〜99%を占め、前記酸官能化モノアクリレートは前記プライマーコーティングの約1〜3%を占め、前記ベンゾフェノンは前記プライマーコーティングの約0.01〜0.2%を占め、前記ベンジルジメチルケタールは前記プライマーコーティングの約0.01〜0.2%を占める、医療装置。 - 前記ベンジルジメチルケタールは2,2−ジメトキシ−2−フェニルアセトフェノンである、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 少なくともその一部の上に潤滑性コーティングを備えた医療装置であって、
a)前記医療装置の少なくとも一部に直接塗布された、酸官能化モノアクリレート、光開始剤、イソプロパノール、ベンゾフェノンおよびベンジルジメチルケタールを含むプライマーコーティングと、
b)前記プライマーコーティングの上に配置された、ポリエチレンオキシド、トリメチロールプロピルトリアクリレートおよび酸官能化モノアクリレートを光開始剤と共に含む潤滑性コーティングと
を備え、
前記イソプロパノールは前記プライマーコーティングの約95〜99%を占め、前記酸官能化モノアクリレートは前記プライマーコーティングの約1〜3%を占め、前記ベンゾフェノンは前記プライマーコーティングの約0.01〜0.2%を占め、前記ベンジルジメチルケタールは前記プライマーコーティングの約0.01〜0.2%を占める、医療装置。 - 前記ベンジルジメチルケタールは2,2−ジメトキシ−2−フェニルアセトフェノンである、請求項3に記載の医療装置。
- 医療装置に潤滑性コーティングを施す方法であって、
前記医療装置の少なくとも一部に直接塗布された、酸官能化モノアクリレート、光開始剤、イソプロパノール、ベンゾフェノンおよびベンジルジメチルケタールを含むプライマーコーティングを塗布する工程と、
ポリエチレンオキシド、トリメチロールプロピルトリアクリレートおよび酸官能化モノアクリレートを光開始剤と共に含む潤滑性コーティングを前記プライマーコーティングの上に塗布する工程と
を含み、
前記イソプロパノールは前記プライマーコーティングの約95〜99%を占め、前記酸官能化モノアクリレートは前記プライマーコーティングの約1〜3%を占め、前記ベンゾフェノンは前記プライマーコーティングの約0.01〜0.2%を占め、前記ベンジルジメチルケタールは前記プライマーコーティングの約0.01〜0.2%を占める、方法。 - 前記プライマーコーティングは、前記医療装置がスピニングされている最中に前記医療装置に塗布される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記潤滑性コーティングは、前記医療装置がスピニングされている最中に前記医療装置の少なくとも一部に塗布された前記プライマーコーティングに塗布される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ベンジルジメチルケタールは2,2−ジメトキシ−2−フェニルアセトフェノンである、請求項5に記載の方法。
