(1)銅材とアルミニウム材のクラッド材を用いたインサート構造の接合体。

図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における接合部断面を模式的に示した図である。

Claims (4)
- 銅材とアルミニウム材とが接してなる異材金属接合体であって、
前記アルミニウム材の一部が溶融し、前記銅材の内部に流入して形成される溶融混合部の形状が、前記銅材の前記アルミニウム材と接する表面において、連続的かつ線状に形成されると共に、前記表面からの深さ寸法値が5〜30μmであり、かつ、前記溶融混合部の形状の幅寸法値が、前記銅材の前記アルミニウム材と接する表面において10〜50μmであり、前記溶融混合部の内部の銅材の成分濃度、及び、前記溶融混合部の近傍の前記銅材のアルミニウム材の成分濃度は、何れも10%未満である、異材金属接合体。 - 前記銅材の厚みは、1mm以上である、請求項1記載の異材金属接合体。
- 前記アルミニウム材の厚みは、0.5〜0.8mmである、請求項1又は2に記載の異材金属接合体。
- 前記銅材は、Niメッキで被覆された材料である、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の異材金属接合体。
