・ 酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3):10重量%
・ 酸化カルシウム(CaO):2重量%
・ 平均粒径:30μm
・ 交換容量:110meq/100g陽イオン
焼却炉の煙道に、飛灰100gあたり30gの陽イオン交換体を吹込み混合した。
煙道では、HClやSOXを除去するために、消石灰などの酸性ガス除去薬剤を吹き込んでいるが、酸性ガス除去薬剤と煤塵量とを合計した量を飛灰量とした。
Claims (2)
- 焼却炉の煙道において、水溶性の放射性セシウムを含有する飛灰に、水不溶性で粉粒体状の天然ゼオライトを吹込み混合するとともに水を添加してスラリー状にし、前記放射性セシウムを飛灰から水中に溶出させた後に前記天然ゼオライトに吸着させ、次いでセメントを添加して固化することを特徴とする、放射性セシウム含有飛灰のセメント固化物の製造方法。
- 前記天然ゼオライトを集塵機前の煙道に吹込むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の放射性セシウム含有飛灰のセメント固化物の製造方法。
