Description
Claims (16)
- 第1流体(FC)と第2流体(FR)との間の熱交換を起こすための熱交換器(1)であって、
熱交換コア(2)を形成するように長手方向(A−A’)に積み重ねられた複数のチャンバ(3,6)を備え、
少なくとも1つの第1チャンバ(3)は、一対の第1プレート(4,5)によって画成され、前記第1流体(FC)を収容することが可能であり、
少なくとも1つの第2チャンバ(6)は、一対の第2プレート(7,8)によって画成され、前記第2流体(FR)を収容することが可能であり、
前記第2プレート(7,8)は、前記第2チャンバ(6)と連通する開口部(71,72,81,82)を有し、
前記第1プレート(4,5)は、それぞれ、少なくとも2つの第1開口部(41,42,51,52)と少なくとも2つの第2開口部(43,44,53,54)とを有し、
前記2つの第1開口部(41,42,51,52)は、前記第1チャンバ(3)と連通しており、
前記2つの第2開口部(43,44,53,54)は、前記第2プレート(7,8)の前記開口部(71,72,81,82)と連通し、
前記第1プレートおよび前記第2プレートは、前記長手方向(A−A’)において順に積み重ねられ、
前記第1プレート(4,5)の長さは、前記第2プレート(7,8)の長さより大きく、
すべての前記第1プレートの前記第1開口部(41,42,51,52)は、前記方向(A−A’)において互いに連通し、
前記第1プレートおよび前記第2プレートの前記第2開口部は、前記方向(A−A’)において互いに連通しているとともに、前記第2チャンバ(6)の各々と連通している
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記第2プレート(7,8)は、それぞれ、ただ2つの開口部(71,72,81,82)を有し、
前記第2プレート(7,8)は、前記第1チャンバ(3)と連通する開口部を有していない
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1プレート(4,5)は、前記第2プレート(7,8)から離れている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1プレート(4,5)の前記第1開口部(41,42,51,52)および前記第2開口部(43,44,53,54)は、その2つの各長手端部(5A,5B)に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2プレート(7,8)の前記開口部(71,72,81,82)は、その1つの長手端部(8A,8B)に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1プレートの一方(5)は、前記第2プレートの一方(7)と結合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 各プレート(4,5,7,8)は、エッジ(56,84)によってその周縁部において画成された変形部(55,83)を有し、
前記変形部(55,84)の底部は、少なくとも部分的に前記対応するチャンバ(3,6)を画成するように、前記周縁部エッジ(56)が延びる平面から離れた平面内で延びている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記変形部(55)は、U(31,32,33)の形状で前記流体(FC,FR)を循環させるための回路を形成するために前記対応するチャンバ(3)を分割するように配置された溝部(58)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱交換器。 - すべてのチャンバ(3,6)は、Uの形状で前記流体(FC,FR)を循環させるための回路を画成するように配置されており、
U(31,32,33)の形状の第1回路は、U(61,62,63)の形状の第2回路に対して逆転されている
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱交換器。 - かく乱部(9)が、少なくとも1つのチャンバ(3,6)の内側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1流体(FC)を収容可能な前記第1チャンバ(3)と、前記第2流体(FR)を収容可能な前記第2チャンバ(6)とは、前記長手方向(A)に交互に積み重ねられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1流体(FC)を収容可能な前記第1チャンバ(3)は、前記第1チャンバ(3)を外部回路と連通させることが可能な結合装置(20)と連通するように配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2流体(FR)を収容可能な前記第2チャンバ(6)は、前記長手方向(A−A’)において前記コア(2)の端部(2A)に配置された接続装置(10)と連通するように配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の熱交換器(1)と、
前記熱交換器(1)に固く接続された拡張手段(40)と、
を備えたことを特徴とする熱交換器アセンブリ(30)。 - 前記拡張手段(40)は、電磁弁(45)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の熱交換器アセンブリ。 - 冷媒(FR)回路と、熱伝導流体(FC)回路と、を備え、
請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の熱交換器が、前記回路が合流する点に設置されている
ことを特徴とする温度調整システム。
