Description
Claims (8)
- 自動車の車載制御装置において使用するためのセンサ支持体(1)であって、支持体板(2)を含み、この支持体板(2)上に、少なくとも1つのセンサ(3)と、この支持体板(2)上のセンサ(3)と制御装置との間の電気接続部としての可撓導体箔(4)とが、受け入れられかつ位置ぎめされているものにおいて、支持体板(2)から条片状張出し片(5)が突出して、張出し片(5)の端部に設けられているセンサ(3)が、自動車への制御装置の組込みにより、その規定通りの検出位置に位置ぎめされるようにしているセンサ支持体において、
可撓導体箔(4)が支持体板(2)から張出し片(5)に続いており、支持体板(2)が押抜き板であることと、
この張出し片(5)が、センサ(3)をその規定通りの検出位置に位置ぎめするために支持体板(2)に対して所定の角度を成すことと、
可撓導体箔(4)が少なくとも部分的に支持体板(2)に積層されるか、或いは接着されていることと、
を特徴とする、センサ支持体。 - 張出し片(5)が長手方向に少なくとも1つの部分(5a,5b)を含み、これらの部分(5a,5b)が互いにかつ支持体板(2)に対して任意の角をなすことができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ支持体。
- 張出し片(5)の1つに、2つ以上のセンサ(3)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ支持体。
- 導体箔(4)が支持体板(2)を完全に又は部分的にのみ覆っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載のセンサ支持体。
- 張出し片(5)上に蓋が設けられ、この蓋がセンサ(3)と導体箔(4)との接触部に対する屑保護体として又は支持体板(2)上へ導体箔(4)の固定に役立つことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つに記載のセンサ支持体。
- 蓋が導体箔(4)に積層されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のセンサ支持体。
- 張出し片(5)が曲げられた構造を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の1つに記載のセンサ支持体。
- 請求項1〜7の1つに記載のセンサ支持体(1)を持ち、支持体板(2)が1つより多い条片状張出し片(5)を持っている、自動車の車載制御装置に使用するためのセンサモジュール。
