Claims (4)
- 間隔子を有する交差式ローラー軸受であって、
外輪と、内輪と、ローリングユニットと、を含み、
前記外輪は環状の外軌道を有し、
前記内輪は環状の内軌道を有し、前記内輪は前記外輪の内側に設けられ、前記外軌道と前記内軌道とで負荷経路を構成し、
前記ローリングユニットは複数のローラー及び複数の間隔子から構成され、隣接の2つの前記ローラーの間に1つの前記間隔子が設けられ、隣接の2つの前記ローラーが交差して排列され、前記間隔子の両側面にそれぞれ前記ローラーと対応する保持面を有し、且つ前記間隔子は2つの前記保持面と隣接して設けられた第1端面、第2端面、第3端面及び第4端面を有し、前記第1端面は前記第2端面に対応して設けられ、前記第3端面は前記第4端面に対応して設けられ、且つ、前記第1端面の幅は前記第2端面の幅より大きく、前記第1端面は長さ方向に設けられた弾性凹溝を有し、前記弾性凹溝の底面は前記ローラーと前記保持面との接触線の下方に位置し、前記弾性凹溝の両側を弾性部と定義し、前記弾性部は前記ローラーからの力を受けて変形でき、
前記第2端面は凹溝を有し、前記弾性凹溝の開口幅は前記凹溝の開口幅より大きく、且つ、前記凹溝の深さは前記弾性凹溝の深さより小さい

前記第2端面、前記第3端面及び前記第4端面は平面である

前記第1端面、前記第2端面、前記第3端面及び前記第4端面は二つの前記保持面を貫通する潤滑油流通溝を有する
間隔子を有する交差式ローラー軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の間隔子を有する交差式ローラー軸受であって、
前記弾性凹溝の深さは前記第1端面から前記接触線までの距離より大きく、前記第1端面から前記接触線までの距離は前記弾性凹溝の深さの0.4〜0.65倍である
