- ウェブに対して印刷を施す巻紙印刷機において、
ウェブの両面に対してオゾン発生領域の波長の光を必要とせずに硬化する高反応型インキまたは高反応型ニスを転写する転写装置と、
ウェブの一方の面に光照射エネルギーが小さい低出力でありオゾンレスランプによるオゾン発生領域の波長を含まない270nmの波長範囲の下限から熱発生領域の波長を除いた400nmの波長範囲の上限までの全波長領域にわたる広範囲の波長の光を照射してウェブの一方の面に転写された前記高反応型インキまたは高反応型ニスを硬化させる一方面用の光照射装置と、
ウェブの他方の面に光照射エネルギーが小さい低出力でありオゾンレスランプによるオゾン発生領域の波長を含まない270nmの波長範囲の下限から熱発生領域の波長を除いた400nmの波長範囲の上限までの全波長領域にわたる広範囲の波長の光を照射してウェブの他方の面に転写された前記高反応型インキまたは高反応型ニスを硬化させる他方面用の光照射装置とを備え、
前記高反応型インキまたは高反応型ニスは、前記一方面用の光照射装置および前記他方面用の光照射装置から照射される270nmから400nmまでの全波長領域にわたる広範囲の波長の範囲内の特定の波長で硬化し、
加熱乾燥型の乾燥装置を備えないことを特徴とする巻紙印刷機。 - 前記一方面用の光照射装置および前記他方面用の光照射装置は、
照射口に設けられ前記オゾンレスランプから照射される光のうち熱発生領域の波長を吸収するカットフィルタとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の巻紙印刷機。
