Description
また、一対の圧着片の折り返された先端部が折り返し方向(径方向)に単芯線を強く押圧しようとするが、圧着片の先端部がスリット内に進入することで、過大な押圧力(圧着力)が吸収され、凹部との相乗作用で、一対の圧着片を含む芯線圧着部が全周に渡ってほぼ均一な圧着力で単芯線に押接密着する。

Claims (4)
- 導電金属製の単芯線の外周に複数の凹部と凸部が設けられ、該複数の凹部と凸部を有する該単芯線に端子の芯線圧着部が圧着接続される単芯電線の端子圧着構造であって、
前記単芯線に、該単芯線の先端面から単芯線長手方向のスリットが設けられ、前記芯線圧着部の圧着状態で該芯線圧着部の一対の圧着片の折り返された先端部が該スリット内に進入していることを特徴とする単芯電線の端子圧着構造。 - 前記複数の凹部と凸部が前記単芯線の長手方向に延びる凹溝と凸条であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の単芯電線の端子圧着構造。
- 前記複数の凹部と凸部が前記単芯線の周方向に延びる凹溝と凸条であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の単芯電線の端子圧着構造。
- 導電金属製の単芯線に、該単芯線の先端面から単芯線長手方向のスリットが設けられ、該単芯線が該スリットによって単芯線径方向に分割され、端子の一対の圧着片を含む芯線圧着部が該単芯線に圧着された状態で、該一対の圧着片の折り返された先端部が該スリット内に進入していることを特徴とする単芯電線の端子圧着構造。
