Abstract
【解決手段】導電金属製の単芯線2,13,22’の外周に複数の凹部3,14と凸部4,15を設け、複数の凹部と凸部を有する単芯線に端子7,7’の芯線圧着部9を圧着接続する。複数の凹部3と凸部4は単芯線の長手方向に延びる凹溝と凸条である。あるいは複数の凹部14と凸部15は単芯線の周方向に延びる凹溝と凸条である。単芯線22に長手方向のスリット23を設け、圧着時に芯線圧着部9の一対の圧着片11の折り返された先端部11bをスリット内に進入させる。

Claims (5)
- 導電金属製の単芯線の外周に複数の凹部と凸部が設けられ、該複数の凹部と凸部を有する該単芯線に端子の芯線圧着部が圧着接続されることを特徴とする単芯電線の端子圧着構造。
- 前記複数の凹部と凸部が前記単芯線の長手方向に延びる凹溝と凸条であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の単芯電線の端子圧着構造。
- 前記複数の凹部と凸部が前記単芯線の周方向に延びる凹溝と凸条であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の単芯電線の端子圧着構造。
- 前記単芯線に長手方向のスリットが設けられ、圧着時に前記芯線圧着部の一対の圧着片の折り返された先端部が該スリット内に進入することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の単芯電線の端子圧着構造。
- 導電金属製の単芯線に長手方向のスリットが設けられ、端子の一対の圧着片を含む芯線圧着部が該単芯線に圧着され、該一対の圧着片の折り返された先端部が該スリット内に進入することを特徴とする単芯電線の端子圧着構造。
