Description
・イルミネーションディスプレイ用として十分な透明性を満たし、
・貴金属層よりも安価であり、
・従来コーティング層よりもスクラッチ耐久性に優り、
・例えばホブ内部の可視性が十分制限されることを特徴とする。
アルキルシリケート塗料は、調理上面パネルのディスプレイ部分への使用のならず、制御可能な光学スクリーン中のディスプレイ部分への使用、あるいはガラス板又はガラスセラミックス板が200℃以下の温度に晒される他用途への使用にも適する。
組成(A)中の色素含量を(焼成層の組成に基づいて)62%まで減らし、かつエチレングリコール含量を減らすと共にシリカ含量を増加させて印刷インクの粘度を調整することにより組成(B)を得た(表2及び表3)。
Claims (21)
- ガラス板又はガラスセラミック板のディスプレイ部用透明コーティングの製造方法であって、該ガラス板又はガラスセラミック板はディスプレイ部以外の全面は不透明コーティングがなされる製造方法において、
ディスプレイ部に、有機溶媒中でゾル状をなし、シリコンと直接結合した有機の非加水分解性基が含まれる、アルキルシリケートを結合剤として含む塗料を塗布した後、200度以下の熱処理によってアルキルシリケートの反応基を介して架橋されることによって製造されるものであることを特徴とする、透明コーティングの製造方法。 - コーティングの製造材料となる塗料に、結合剤、溶媒、色素及びフィラーが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1項記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記塗料に結合剤としてオルト珪酸エステル又はポリ珪酸エステルが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1項又は2項記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記塗料に35以上の蒸発数VDと120℃以上の沸点をもつ比較的非揮発性な高沸点有機化合物が溶媒として含まれることを特徴とする請求項1項又は2項記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記塗料に酢酸ブチルカルビトール、テルピネオール、メトキシプロパノール、ブチルグリコール又はブチルジグリコールが溶媒として含まれることを特徴とする請求項4項記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記塗料中の揮発性溶媒の割合(VD≦35)が比較的非揮発性な溶媒の割合よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項4項又は5項記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 結合剤及び溶媒から生成されるゾルにフィルム形成性の縮合有機シランが30〜60重量%、及び溶媒が70〜40重量%含まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記塗料に無機及び又は有機色素が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記塗料の熱処理後における前記コーティング中に含まれる色素の割合が2〜45重量%であることを特徴とする請求項8項記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 着色された色素、黒色色素、鉄酸化物色素、クロム酸化物色素又は、ルチル又はスピネル構造をもつ酸化物混合相色素、又は白色色素(酸化物、炭酸塩、硫化物)が無機色素及びアゾ色素として用いられ、及び多環式色素又は金属錯体色素が有機色素として前記塗料中に存在することを特徴とする請求項8項又は9項記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記色素の平均粒径が1〜25μmの範囲内に含まれることを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記塗料が噴霧、浸漬、鋳造、塗装、スクリーン印刷、パッド印刷、又は他のスタンプ加工により処理されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記熱処理後コーティングの層厚が2〜20μmの範囲内に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記透明コーティングが非透明コーティングの無処理の窪み部分中に施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記透明コーティングが前記非透明コーティングとオーバーラップすることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記オーバーラップが1〜5mmであることを特徴とする請求項15項記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記透明コーティングが前記非透明コーティングの最上部上へ施されるさらに別の被覆層によってオーバーラップされることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記透明コーティングが、その組成成分に関し、前記非透明カラー付与表面全面コーティングと成分は同じであるが成分%が異なることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記塗料の硬化が200℃以下における熱処理によって果たされることを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれかに記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 前記透明コーティングの製造方法が、結合剤としてアルキルシリケートを含むゾル・ゲル塗料の形態で前記非透明表面全面コーティング中の無処理の部分中に処理され、処理済み塗料を200℃以下の温度で熱処理することにより製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれかに記載の透明コーティングの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜20のいずれかに記載の透明コーティングの製造方法の調理面、オーブン扉、操作パネル、及びディスプレイ部への使用。
