前記第1シリンダに設けられ、動作時に前記第1シリンダ内の成形材料を前記第2シリンダに向けて前進させる第1駆動部材と、
前記第2シリンダに設けられ、前記第1駆動部材と同期して動作し、前記第1駆動部材により前記第1シリンダ内から供給された前記第2シリンダ内の成形材料を前進させる第2駆動部材と、
情報出力装置とを備え、
前記情報出力装置は、表示装置を含み、前記第1駆動部材の動作速度に関連する第1設定値と、前記第2駆動部材の動作速度に関連する第2設定値との比の推奨値を前記表示装置上に表示することを特徴とする、射出成形機が提供される。

Claims (7)
- 第1シリンダと、
前記第1シリンダに接続される第2シリンダと、
前記第1シリンダに設けられ、動作時に前記第1シリンダ内の成形材料を前記第2シリンダに向けて前進させる第1駆動部材と、
前記第2シリンダに設けられ、前記第1駆動部材と同期して動作し、前記第1駆動部材により前記第1シリンダ内から供給された前記第2シリンダ内の成形材料を前進させる第2駆動部材と、
情報出力装置とを備え、
前記情報出力装置は、表示装置を含み、前記第1駆動部材の動作速度に関連する第1設定値と、前記第2駆動部材の動作速度に関連する第2設定値との比の推奨値を前記表示装置上に表示することを特徴とする、射出成形機。 - 前記情報出力装置は、前記比の推奨値を記憶するデータベースから前記比の推奨値を取得して表示する、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記情報出力装置は、前記比の推奨値に加えて、前記比の推奨範囲を表示する、請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記データベースは、少なくとも2組以上の前記第1駆動部材と前記第2駆動部材の異なる組み合わせについて、前記比の推奨値を記憶する、請求項2に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記情報出力装置は、当該射出成形機に搭載される前記第1駆動部材と前記第2駆動部材の組み合わせに基づいて、前記データベースから、前記組み合わせに応じた前記比の推奨値を取得して表示する、請求項4に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記第1駆動部材及び前記第2駆動部材は共にスクリューであり、前記第1設定値は、前記第1駆動部材の回転数であり、前記第2設定値は前記第2駆動部材の回転数である、請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記情報出力装置は、樹脂入力情報に基づいて、対応する樹脂に係る前記比の推奨値を表示する、請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
