Claims (27)
- 定量吐出すべき液体を保持するためのコンテナであって折り畳み可能な流体収容部分を備える前記コンテナと、前記コンテナを封入するためのハウジングと、前記折り畳み可能な流体収容部分から液体を引き出すことによって折り畳み可能な流体収容部分を折り畳むための定量吐出アセンブリとを備えるスプレー・ディスペンサであって、
前記定量吐出アセンブリは、前記コンテナ内の超過圧力を解放するための圧力逃がし弁と、ガスがフィルタを介しておよび前記圧力逃がし弁を介して前記コンテナから退出し得るように構成された前記フィルタとを備え、前記フィルタは、前記フィルタを介した前記折り畳み可能な流体収容部分からの液体の退出を阻止し、前記圧力逃がし弁は、超過圧力に関与するガスの排出を許容するとともに前記折り畳み可能な流体収容部分内への空気および汚染物質の進入を阻止する一方向弁である、スプレー・ディスペンサにおいて、
前記フィルタは、前記コンテナの内側と前記圧力逃がし弁との間のガス流経路中に位置し、または前記圧力逃がし弁は、前記コンテナの前記内側と前記フィルタとの間のガス流経路中に位置する、スプレー・ディスペンサ。 - 前記フィルタは、前記コンテナ内への微粒子の進入を阻止する、請求項1に記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記フィルタは、ガスの通過を可能にするが、微粒子の通過を阻止する細孔を備える、請求項2に記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記フィルタは、フィルタ・ハウジング内に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記コンテナは、前記流体収容部分よりも高い剛性を有するカラーを備える、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記コンテナは、コンテナ・シール部形成表面を備え、前記スプレー・ディスペンサは、前記コンテナ・シール部形成表面に対してシール部を形成して、前記コンテナ内への空気の進入を阻止するための封止部材を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記定量吐出アセンブリは、前記封止部材を備える、請求項6に記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記封止部材は、環状である、請求項6または請求項7に記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記圧力逃がし弁は、ダイアフラム弁、スプリング弁、バタフライ弁、スイング弁、ボール逆止め弁、またはダックビル弁である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記スプレー・ディスペンサは、前記コンテナへのアクセスを阻止するための閉鎖手段を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記定量吐出アセンブリは、前記閉鎖手段を備える、請求項10に記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記閉鎖手段は、前記圧力逃がし弁および前記フィルタの両方を備える、請求項10または請求項11に記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記折り畳み可能な流体収容部分が折り畳み可能なバッグから構成される、前記請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記コンテナを支持する、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記閉鎖手段は、前記ハウジングに着脱自在に装着可能である、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に従属する場合の請求項13または請求項14のいずれか一項に記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記定量吐出アセンブリは、前記コンテナから流体を定量吐出するために差圧を生じさせるための圧力手段を備える、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記定量吐出アセンブリは、定量吐出ラインを備える、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記定量吐出ラインは、定量吐出ライン封止手段と気密封止係合状態にある、請求項17に記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記定量吐出ライン封止手段は、有孔プレートの形態であり、前記プレートは、封止係合において前記定量吐出ラインを受ける孔を備える、請求項18に記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記有孔プレートは、前記閉鎖手段に結合されている、請求項10または請求項11に従属する場合の請求項19に記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記定量吐出アセンブリは、前記コンテナに取り付け可能であり、前記コンテナから取外し可能である、請求項1〜20のいずれかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記フィルタは、疎水性膜を備える、請求項1〜21のいずれかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記圧力逃がし弁が、スイング弁、ボール逆止め弁、及び、ダックビル弁からなるリストから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜22の何れかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記折り畳み可能な流体収容部分と該ハウジングとの間のスペース内に空気が進入するのを許容する孔を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜23の何れかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 前記フィルタがフィルタ・ハウジング内に配置され、該フィルタ・ハウジングが弁ハウジング内に形成されたスペース内に配置され、前記弁ハウジングが前記圧力逃がし弁を定位置に保持することを特徴とする請求項1〜24のいずれかに記載のスプレー・ディスペンサ。
- 折り畳み可能なコンテナであってハウジング内に封入された前記コンテナから液体を定量吐出することにより前記折り畳み可能なコンテナを折り畳むスプレー・ディスペンサにおいて使用するための定量吐出アセンブリであって、前記定量吐出アセンブリが装着される前記折り畳み可能なコンテナ内の超過圧力を解放するための圧力逃がし弁と、ガスがフィルタを介しておよび前記圧力逃がし弁を介して前記折り畳み可能なコンテナから退出し得るように構成された前記フィルタとを備え、前記フィルタは、前記定量吐出アセンブリが装着される折り畳み可能なコンテナからの液体の退出を阻止し、前記圧力逃がし弁は、前記定量吐出アセンブリが装着される前記コンテナ内の超過圧力に関与するガスの排出を許容するとともに前記定量吐出アセンブリが装着される前記折り畳み可能なコンテナ内への空気および汚染物質の進入を阻止する一方向弁である、定量吐出アセンブリにおいて、
前記フィルタは、前記定量吐出アセンブリが装着される前記コンテナの内側と前記圧力逃がし弁との間のガス流経路中に位置し、または前記圧力逃がし弁は、前記定量吐出アセンブリが装着される前記コンテナの前記内側と前記フィルタとの間のガス流経路中に位置する、定量吐出アセンブリ。 - 前記フィルタがフィルタ・ハウジング内に配置され、該フィルタ・ハウジングが弁ハウジング内に形成されたスペース内に配置され、前記弁ハウジングが前記圧力逃がし弁を定位置に保持することを特徴とする請求項26に記載の定量吐出アセンブリ。
