Description
Claims (10)
- 気体放出孔(13)をそれぞれが有する複数のバッテリセル(10)と、複数のバッテリセル(10)に割り当てられた気体収容室(21)であって、前記複数のバッテリセル(10)から漏れた気体を少なくとも一時的に収容するための前記気体収容室(21)と、を備えた、バッテリセルモジュールにおいて、
前記気体収容室(21)は、前記複数のバッテリセル(10)の一面を覆うように設けられるカバーと、当該カバーと対向する前記複数のバッテリセル(10)の一面と、の間の空間として形成され、
前記気体収容室(21)は、前記バッテリセル(10)の方向に向かって開いた1つの開放領域を有し、前記気体収容室(21)の前記1つの開放領域(22)が、前記複数のバッテリセル(10)の前記気体放出孔(13)が存在する領域の上方に配置されることにより、前記気体収容室(21)の容量が前記気体放出孔(13)と直接的に連結され、
前記カバーには、前記複数のバッテリセル(10)の端子が挿通される穴が設けられることを特徴とする、バッテリセルモジュール。 - 前記バッテリセル(10)はリチウムイオンバッテリセルである、請求項1に記載のバッテリセルモジュール。
- 前記気体収容室(21)は、前記収容された気体を排出するための出口孔(23)を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリセルモジュール。
- 前記出口孔(23)には逆止弁が接続され、前記逆止弁はリップ弁(70)である、請求項3に記載のバッテリセルモジュール。
- 前記リップ弁(70)は、予定破損箇所を有し、前記予定破損箇所は、気体収集室内で所定の気体圧力を超えた際に、当該予定破損箇所で亀裂が発生するよう形成され、前記亀裂は、前記気体収集室から前記気体を排出可能な開口部を発生させる、請求項4に記載のバッテリセルモジュール。
- 前記気体収集室内で前記所定の気体圧力を超えた際に前記開口部が生成し、その後で、前記気体収集室内で所定の気体圧力を下回った際には、前記リップ弁(70)が、周囲に対して前記気体収集室を密封する、請求項5に記載のバッテリセルモジュールを駆動する方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセルモジュールのうちの複数を備えるバッテリであって、前記バッテリセルモジュール(1)は、全体ハウジング内に配置され、前記バッテリセルモジュール(1)の気体収集室は、気体放出管と流体的に連結され、前記気体放出管は、前記全体ハウジング内の気体出口に接続される、バッテリ。
- 前記バッテリはリチウムイオンバッテリである、請求項7に記載のバッテリ。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセルモジュールと、請求項7又は8に記載のバッテリと、のいずれか一方を有する車両において、前記バッテリセルモジュール(1)又は前記バッテリは、前記車両の駆動システムと接続される、車両。
- 前記車両は電気的に駆動可能な車両である、請求項9に記載の車両。
