Claims (5)
- 第1の波長の光を発する第1の光源と、前記第1の波長とは異なる第2の波長の光を発する第2の光源と、サンプルが隣接して配置されるセンサ面であって、前記センサ面が前記第1及び第2の光源により照射され、全反射の条件を満たし、前記センサ面上で減衰長を持つエバネセント場を生成する、前記センサ面と、前記センサ面において反射された光を検出する検出器と、前記第1の光源及び第2の光源を逆位相でオン及びオフに切り換えることにより前記エバネセント場の減衰長を変調する手段と、前記検出器により検出された信号を復調する手段と、前記復調された信号から前記第1の波長の光の反射と前記第2の波長の光の反射との間の差分信号を生成する手段とを有するFTIRシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2の光源の一方に対する検出器電圧が、他方の光源に対する制御信号として使用される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサ面と前記第1及び第2の光源の光ビームとの間の角度を変化させる手段を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- FTIRバイオセンサ信号を検出する方法において、前記方法が、
a)第1の波長の光を発する第1の光源及び前記第1の波長とは異なる第2の波長の光を発する第2の光源により、サンプルが隣接して配置されるセンサ面を照射するステップであって、全反射の条件が満たされ、減衰長を持つエバネセント場が前記センサ面上に生成される、前記照射するステップと、
b)前記センサ面において反射された光を検出するステップと、
c)前記ステップa)及びb)を実行している間に前記第1の波長の光及び前記第2の波長の光を逆位相で切り替えることにより前記エバネセント場の減衰長を変調するステップと、
d)前記検出された信号を復調するステップと、
e)前記復調された信号から前記第1の波長の光の反射と前記第2の波長の光の反射との間の差分信号を生成するステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 前記照射の入射角を変化させるステップを有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
