Claims (5)
- インレー若しくはアンレー又はクラウンである歯科用被覆物の三次元形状データを作成する歯科用CAD/CAM装置であって、
観察対象の断層像を取得するOCTプローブを有し、前記OCTプローブで、口腔内部位又は模型から得られた歯顎の印象の断面画像データを、
シャンファー形態、ショルダー形態又はべベルドショルダー形態を有する歯肉縁下に設定されているマージンラインと共に非侵襲的に同時性に測定する口腔内部位測定手段と、
前記口腔内部位測定手段にて得られた断面画像データから、治療対象歯の三次元形状データを物理的に連続した複数の断面情報として取得する治療対象歯三次元形状データ取得手段と、
前記治療対象歯三次元形状データ取得手段で得られたその治療対象歯の三次元形状データに対応するように、歯科用被覆物の三次元形状データを作成する被覆物三次元形状データ作成手段と、を有し、
前記被覆物三次元形状データ作成手段は、前記歯科用被覆物のマージンラインを除き、前記歯科用被覆物の前記治療対象歯に対応する面全体に、前記治療対象歯と歯科用被覆物との間に均一な厚さの接着剤層を設けるための間隙を有するように、歯科用被覆物の形状にオフセットをかけると共に、被修復歯の窩壁に対応するインレー又はアンレーの外側壁、又は、支台歯の支台歯壁に対応するクラウンの内側壁にテーパーを有するように、歯科用被覆物の三次元形状データを作成することを特徴とする歯科用CAD/CAM装置。 - 一般的な歯科用被覆物の三次元形状データを複数蓄積する歯科用被覆物蓄積データベースを有し、
前記被覆物三次元形状データ作成手段は、前記歯科用被覆物蓄積データベースから所定の被覆物三次元形状データを選択し、その選択された被覆物三次元形状データを、前記治療対象歯の三次元形状データに対応させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯科用CAD/CAM装置。 - 前記被覆物三次元形状データ作成手段は、歯科用被覆物と治療対象歯との咬合関係に基づいて、前記治療対象歯の三次元形状データに対応するように、歯科用被覆物の三次元形状データを作成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯科用CAD/CAM装置。
- 前記被覆物三次元形状データ作成手段は、被修復歯の窩壁に対応するインレー又はアンレーの外側壁、又は、支台歯の支台歯壁に対応するクラウンの内側壁の垂直方向に対するテーパー角度が4°以上6°以下になるように歯科用被覆物の三次元形状データを作成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯科用CAD/CAM装置。
- 前記被覆物三次元形状データ作成手段は、前記歯科用被覆物の設計の際、医原性の二次う蝕、歯周病、及び歯牙破折症の発生を抑制するため、前記歯科用被覆物のマージンが治療対象歯のマージンラインに一致するように歯科用被覆物を設計し、カントゥアを実際の歯牙の解剖学的な形態に則させる共に、前記歯科用被覆物と歯牙支持組織とを調和させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯科用CAD/CAM装置。
