Claims (14)
- 駆動モータと、
前記駆動モータに接続された入力シャフト、
出力シャフト、
第1の変速比率を有し、前記入力シャフトと前記出力シャフトとの間に接続され、前記入力シャフトと前記出力シャフトとの間で動力を伝達する第1変速部、
前記入力シャフトに配置され、前記第1変速部と接続され、前記入力シャフトと前記第1変速部との間での動力伝達の接続及び遮断を行う第1クラッチ、
前記第1の変速比率より小さい第2の変速比率を有し、前記入力シャフトと前記出力シャフトとの間に接続され、前記入力シャフトと前記出力シャフトとの間で動力を伝達する第2変速部、
前記入力シャフトに配置され、前記第2変速部と接続され、前記入力シャフトと前記第2変速部との間での動力伝達の接続及び遮断を行う第2クラッチ、並びに
夫々、前記第1クラッチに接続され該第1クラッチの連結及び解放を行い、且つ前記第2クラッチに接続され該第2クラッチの連結及び解放を行う油圧システム
を含む変速機とを備えており、
前記油圧システムは、
オイル容器と、
前記第1クラッチの駆動部分に接続されたピストンを有する第1駆動油圧シリンダ、並びに前記第1駆動油圧シリンダ及び前記オイル容器夫々に接続された第1比例弁を備える第1クラッチ駆動回路と、
前記第2クラッチの駆動部分に接続されたピストンを有する第2駆動油圧シリンダ、並びに前記第2駆動油圧シリンダ及び前記オイル容器夫々に接続された第2比例弁を備え、前記第1クラッチ駆動回路と並列に接続された第2クラッチ駆動回路と、
前記オイル容器に連通する注入口及び前記第1及び第2比例弁夫々に連通する放出口を有し、前記出力シャフトにより駆動される内部ポンプと、
該内部ポンプの前記放出口に直列に接続された第1逆止弁と、
前記オイル容器に連通する注入口及び前記第1及び第2比例弁夫々に連通する放出口を有し、外部ポンプ駆動モータにより駆動される外部ポンプと、
該外部ポンプの前記放出口に直列に接続された第2逆止弁と、
前記外部ポンプに並列に接続された第3逆止弁と
を備え、
直列に接続された前記第1逆止弁及び前記内部ポンプと、直列に接続された前記第2逆止弁及び前記外部ポンプとが、前記オイル容器と前記第1クラッチ駆動回路及び前記第2クラッチ駆動回路との間に並列に接続されている電気自動車用の駆動システム。 - 前記第1変速部は、前記入力シャフトに配置された第1ギヤと、前記出力シャフトに配置され前記第1ギヤと噛合する第2ギヤとを備え、
前記第1ギヤは前記入力シャフトに回転可能に取り付けられ、前記第2ギヤは前記出力シャフトに固定され、
前記第1クラッチの駆動部分は前記入力シャフトに固定され、前記第1クラッチの被駆動部分は前記第1ギヤに接続されている
請求項1に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記第2変速部は、前記入力シャフトに配置された第3ギヤと、前記出力シャフトに配置され前記第3ギヤと噛合する第4ギヤとを備え、
前記第3ギヤは前記入力シャフトに回転可能に取り付けられ、前記第4ギヤは前記出力シャフトに固定され、
前記第2クラッチの駆動部分は前記入力シャフトに固定され、前記第2クラッチの被駆動部分は前記第3ギヤに接続されている
請求項1に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記油圧システムは更に、
前記オイル容器と前記内部及び外部ポンプの前記注入口との間に接続された第1濾過器と、
前記第1及び第2逆止弁と前記第1及び第2比例弁との間に接続された第2濾過器と
を備える
請求項1に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記油圧システムは更に、
直列に接続された前記第1逆止弁及び前記内部ポンプ、並びに直列に接続された前記第2逆止弁及び前記外部ポンプに並列に接続された放圧弁
を備える
請求項1に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記油圧システムは更に、前記第1及び第2逆止弁と前記第1及び第2比例弁との間に接続された蓄圧器を備える
請求項1に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記第1クラッチ駆動回路は更に、前記第1比例弁と前記第1駆動油圧シリンダとの間に接続された第1油圧緩衝器を備え、
前記第2クラッチ駆動回路は更に、前記第2比例弁と前記第2駆動油圧シリンダとの間に接続された第2油圧緩衝器を備える
請求項1に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記油圧システムは更に、
前記内部ポンプに並列に接続され、前記駆動システムに潤滑油を供給する圧力調整弁と、
該圧力調整弁と前記内部ポンプの前記放出口との間に接続された第4逆止弁と
を備える
請求項1に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記第1ギヤ及び第2ギヤは円筒状ギヤとして構成されている請求項2に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記第1比例弁は2位置3方向電磁弁である請求項1に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記油圧システムは更に、当該油圧システムの主オイル流路の油圧を検出する主油圧センサを備える請求項6に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記油圧システムは更に、
前記第1油圧緩衝器と前記第1比例弁との間に配置され、前記第1クラッチ駆動回路の油圧を検出する第1油圧センサと、
前記第2油圧緩衝器と前記第2比例弁との間に配置され、前記第2クラッチ駆動回路の油圧を検出する第2油圧センサと
を備える
請求項7に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記油圧システムは更に、
前記圧力調整弁に直列に接続された第1ダンパと、
前記第4逆止弁と前記圧力調整弁との間に接続された潤滑油流路と、
該潤滑油流路中に配置された第2ダンパと
を備える
請求項8に記載の駆動システム。 - 請求項1から13のいずれか一つに記載の駆動システムを備える電気自動車。
