Claims (2)
- 回転数を計測するレゾルバであり、
リング状のステータコアであって内周面に複数の磁極歯が設けられているステータコアと、
前記複数の磁極歯の夫々を覆っているとともに各磁極歯を覆っている部位をつなぐように前記ステータコアの少なくとも一方の端面に形成されているリング部を有する樹脂モールドと、
前記樹脂モールドの上から前記複数の磁極歯に順次巻回されている巻き線と、
を備えており
前記樹脂モールドには、リング部から径方向外側に向かって突出するコネクタが設けられているとともに、当該コネクタに金属端子が取り付けられており、
前記磁極歯に巻回されている前記巻き線から伸びている引き出し線が、前記金属端子に接続されているとともに、前記樹脂モールドの前記リング部及び前記コネクタに固着されており、
前記樹脂モールドの前記リング部と前記コネクタの接続部分に、前記樹脂モールドのリング径方向の熱膨張によって引き出し線に加わる引張応力を低減するように、ステータコアのリング軸線方向からみて前記コネクタの前記リング部との付け根にくびれが設けられている、
レゾルバ。 - 前記くびれは、前記コネクタのリング部との付け根にて湾曲してくびれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレゾルバ。
