Description
Claims (14)
- 二酸化塩素を連続製造するための方法であって、
減圧下で維持される反応器内において水性反応媒体中で二酸化塩素を生成する工程と、 前記反応器から二酸化塩素ガスを吸収塔に運び、その中で二酸化塩素を含有する水溶液を生成するために二酸化塩素ガスを水の流れと接触させる工程と、
二酸化塩素を含有する前記水溶液をストリッパーに運ぶ工程と、
前記ストリッパーに流入する前記二酸化塩素の40〜100%をストリッピングにより取り除いて前記ストリッパーから得られる0.5kPa〜20kPaの部分圧を有する二酸化塩素ガス生成物を生成するために、前記ストリッパー内の二酸化塩素の前記水溶液に通して気体を吹き込む工程と
を含み、
前記二酸化塩素ガス生成物が、1重量%未満の含量の元素状塩素を有し、
前記吸収塔からの前記二酸化塩素水溶液のpHは、6.5〜7.8である、方法。 - 前記二酸化塩素は、化学的還元剤によって、塩素酸塩イオンを還元する工程によって生成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記化学的還元剤は、メタノール又は過酸化水素の内の少なくとも1つである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ストリッパーに流入する前記二酸化塩素の40〜95%がストリッピングで取り除かれる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ストリッパーに流入する前記二酸化塩素の85〜95%がストリッピングで取り除かれる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応媒体は、8〜80kPaの絶対圧力で維持される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応媒体は、使用圧力での前記反応媒体の沸点で維持される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 二酸化塩素を含有する前記水溶液の温度は、0〜35℃である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ストリッパーから排出される二酸化塩素の総収率は、添加された塩素酸塩イオンに比して96%からである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化塩素ガス生成物は、10kPa〜2MPaの全絶対圧力で維持される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化塩素ガス生成物は、105kPa〜1MPaの全絶対圧力で維持される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 残留している二酸化塩素を含有する前記ストリッパーからの前記水溶液は、少なくとも一部は前記吸収塔へ、又は前記反応器へ再循環させられる、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ストリッパー内の二酸化塩素の前記水溶液に通して吹き込まれる気体は、不活性ガスである、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記不活性ガスは、空気である、請求項13に記載の方法。
