Claims (2)
- 素地層と釉薬層を有する耐熱製品において、前記素地層はコーディエライト質の磁器から成り、該コーディエライト質の組成は配合計算において、Li2Oとして0.12重量%〜1.0重量%相当量のリチウム元素と、1.1重量%〜2.8重量%のNa2O+K2Oを含み、前記釉薬層は低膨張の結晶が形成されてなることを特徴とする耐熱製品。
- 上記素地層、及び、上記釉薬層の原料として、リチウム元素を有する原料であるリチウム元素含有材料を配合し、素地層原料の平均粒子径は5μm以下に微粉砕し、1200℃〜1280℃の焼成で磁器化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐熱製品の製造方法。
