Description
以下の記述において、施工されたときに床材パネルの見える方の表面を「正面」、その反対側で下張床に面する方を「背面」と呼ぶことにする。また、パネルの主要部分を構成し、パネルに要求される安定性を与えるシート状の部材を「芯材」と言うこととする。芯材を最も正面側にある表面層と、さらに、好ましくは最も背面側にあるバランス層とで被覆した半製品を「床材ボード」もしくは、一連の操作の中で、その半製品を複数の部材に分割する場合には、「床要素」と呼ぶこともある。床要素の縁辺を機械加工して、最終的に組合せられるようにしたものを「床材パネル」と言う。さらに「表面層」とは、パネルに装飾性と耐摩耗性をもたらし、好ましくは床材ボードの正面全体を被覆するように芯材の正面側に配置される層すべてを意味する。加えて、化粧表面層とは、主に床材に装飾的な外観を与えることを目的とする層を意味する。また「耐摩耗性層」とは、主に正面の耐久性を向上させるために使用される層を言う。
−精製繊維、バインダー、顔料および耐摩耗性粒子の混合物からなる乾燥粉末層を担体上に配置する工程、および
−前記混合物を加熱および加圧によって固めて彩白色もしくは明白色の耐摩耗性層とする工程
からなることを特徴とする製造方法にある。
40wt%の精製繊維、10wt%の酸化アルミニウム、10wt%の二酸化チタンおよび40wt%のメラミン樹脂で構成されるWFF仕様粉末を、背面に2枚の裏打ち紙NKR140を貼り付けた9.8mm厚のHDFボード上に配置した。この配置は、WFF混合粉末を、いわゆるスキャッタリング・マシンによって、HDF表面にムラなく散布することで行った。WFF粉末の総量は625gであった。散布後、97wt%の脱イオン水、1wt%のBYK−345(表面張力を減らすための湿潤剤)および2wt%のPat622/E(離型剤)からなる水溶液をWFF粉末に吹きかけて、粉末をHDFボード上に固定した。
42.5wt%の精製繊維、10wt%の酸化アルミニウム、5wt%の赤色顔料(Heucosin Spez. Tomatenrot G 10138)および42.5wt%のメラミン樹脂で構成されるWFF仕様粉末を、背面に2枚の裏打ち紙NKR140を貼り付けた9.8mm厚のHDFボード上に配置した。この配置は、WFF混合粉末を、いわゆるスキャッタリング・マシンによって、HDF表面にムラなく散布することで行った。WFF粉末の総量は625gであった。散布後、97wt%の脱イオン水、1wt%のBYK−345(表面張力を減らすための湿潤剤)および2wt%のPat622/E(離型剤)からなる水溶液をWFF粉末に吹きかけて、粉末をHDFボード上に固定した。
Claims (26)
- 耐摩耗性表面層の製造方法であって、
−精製繊維、バインダー、顔料および耐摩耗性粒子の混合物であって、精製繊維に対するバインダーの比率が120%を超える値である混合物を含む乾燥粉末層を担体上に配置する工程、および
−前記混合物を加熱および加圧によって固めて淡色の耐摩耗性表面層とする工程
を含んでなることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 耐摩耗性表面層を木質芯材に付着させてパネルを得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- パネルが床材パネルであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗性粒子が酸化アルミニウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗性表面層の厚さが1mm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗性層が明白色または明赤色であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗性表面層をHDFパネルに付着させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗性表面層の厚さが0.3mm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 精製繊維に対するバインダーの比率が120%から180%の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 下地層を担体上に散布する工程を含み、乾燥粉末層が下地層上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 下地層が木質繊維と樹脂とを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 最上層を乾燥粉末層上に散布する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗性表面層が淡色もしくは無地色で彩色されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗性表面層の製造方法であって、
−木質繊維と樹脂とを含む下地層を担体上に配置する工程、
−精製繊維、バインダー、顔料および耐摩耗性粒子の混合物を含む乾燥粉末層を下地層上に配置する工程、および
−前記下地層および乾燥粉末層を加熱および加圧によって固めて、乾燥粉末層を淡色の耐摩耗性表面層とする工程
を含んでなることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 耐摩耗性表面層を木質芯材に付着させてパネルを得ることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- パネルが床材パネルであることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗性粒子が酸化アルミニウムであることを特徴とする、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗性表面層の厚さが1mm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項14〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗性層が明白色または明赤色であることを特徴とする、請求項14〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
