ここで、Cは補正係数である。Bはシリンダボア、Sはストローク、εは圧縮比、CRはコンロッド長であり、これらはエンジン基本諸元である。Neはエンジン回転数、λは空気過剰率、Tsは給気温度である。これらは運転状態量である。

Claims (4)
- 複数の気筒を備えたガスエンジンの燃焼制御装置において、
前記複数の気筒の中から選択された代表気筒の筒内圧を検出する筒内圧センサーと、
前記筒内圧センサーで検出された代表気筒の筒内圧波形から、代表気筒のノッキング限界点火時期を算出する第1の算出手段と、
筒内圧波形以外の運転状態量、エンジン基本諸元及び補正係数とを含む算式から、代表気筒のノッキング限界点火時期を算出する第2の算出手段と、
前記第1の算出手段で算出された代表気筒のノッキング限界点火時期と、前記第2の算出手段で算出された代表気筒のノッキング限界点火時期とを比較し、前記補正係数を求める第3の算出手段と、
求めた補正係数と、前記運転状態量及びエンジン基本諸元とを前記算式に代入し、代表気筒以外の気筒のノッキング限界点火時期を算出する第4の算出手段と、
前記第1の算出手段及び第4の算出手段で算出された全気筒のノッキング限界点火時期
に基づいて各気筒のノッキング限界点火時期を設定する点火時期設定手段とを備えていることを特徴とするガスエンジンの燃焼制御装置。 - 前記運転状態量が各気筒に供給される給気の温度、空気過剰率及びエンジン回転数であり、前記エンジン基本諸元がシリンダボア、ストローク、圧縮比及びコンロッド長であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスエンジンの燃焼制御装置。
- 前記第4の算出手段において、予め取得したガスエンジンの運転試験データに基づいて、前記補正係数を気筒毎に修正するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガスエンジンの燃焼制御装置。
- 各気筒のうち最もノッキングが起きやすい気筒を代表気筒に選択することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスエンジンの燃焼制御装置。
