図2に示すように、フランジ部材2の支持部材3と対向する側とは反対の面には、周方向に連続する断面円弧状の溝10が形成されている。この溝10の内面は熱処理が施されて硬化されている。熱処理としては、例えば高周波焼入れが挙げられる。

Claims (10)
- 直動アクチュエータが対象物(22)に印加する軸方向荷重の大きさを検出する直動アクチュエータ用の磁気式荷重センサにおいて、
前記軸方向荷重の反力をスラスト軸受(41)を介して受けてたわみを生じるフランジ部材(2)と、磁界を発生する磁気ターゲット(4)と、その磁気ターゲット(4)に対する相対位置が前記フランジ部材(2)のたわみにより変化するよう配置された磁気センサ(5)とを有し、前記フランジ部材(2)の軸方向端面に前記スラスト軸受(41)の転動体(41B)が転がり接触する軌道面を形成したことを特徴とする直動アクチュエータ用の磁気式荷重センサ。 - 前記スラスト軸受(41)が転動体(41B)として玉を用いたスラスト玉軸受であり、前記軌道面が断面円弧状の溝(10)である請求項1に記載の直動アクチュエータ用の磁気式荷重センサ。
- 前記スラスト軸受が転動体(41B)として円筒ころまたは針状ころを用いたスラストころ軸受であり、前記軌道面が平面(46)である請求項1に記載の直動アクチュエータ用の磁気式荷重センサ。
- 前記スラスト軸受(41)が転動体(41B)として球面ころを用いたスラスト自動調心ころ軸受であり、前記軌道面が、前記軸方向荷重の方向に対して傾斜した断面円弧状の凹面(47)である請求項1に記載の直動アクチュエータ用の磁気式荷重センサ。
- 前記磁気ターゲット(4)が、前記磁気ターゲット(4)と磁気センサ(5)の相対変位方向に対して直交する方向を磁化方向とする複数の永久磁石(11)を、反対の極性を有する磁極が前記磁気ターゲット(4)と磁気センサ(5)の相対変位方向に並ぶように配置したものであり、その隣り合う磁極の境目の近傍に前記磁気センサ(5)を配置した請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の直動アクチュエータ用の磁気式荷重センサ。
- 前記磁気センサ(5)としてホールICを使用した請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の直動アクチュエータ用の磁気式荷重センサ。
- 前記磁気センサ(5)として磁気抵抗素子を使用した請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の直動アクチュエータ用の磁気式荷重センサ。
- 前記磁気センサ(5)として磁気インピーダンス素子を使用した請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の直動アクチュエータ用の磁気式荷重センサ。
- 前記磁気ターゲット(4)にネオジム磁石を使用した請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の直動アクチュエータ用の磁気式荷重センサ。
- 電動モータ(27)の回転が入力される回転軸(23)と、その回転軸(23)の回転を直動部材(25,51,61)の軸方向移動に変換する直動機構とを有し、その直動機構で対象物(22)に軸方向荷重を印加する直動アクチュエータにおいて、前記軸方向荷重を対象物(22)に印加するときに直動機構に作用する反力を受け止める部材として請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の磁気式荷重センサを組み込んだ直動アクチュエータ。
