Claims (3)
- ハウジングの内部に圧縮機本体を収容した気体圧縮機において、
前記圧縮機本体は、回転軸と一体的に回転する略円柱状のロータと、前記ロータを、前記ロータの外周面の外方から取り囲む輪郭形状の内周面を有し、そこに臨む圧縮室の内部の気体の圧力が吐出圧力に達したとき前記内部の気体を吐出させる吐出部が設けられたシリンダと、前記ロータの外周面から前記シリンダの内周面に向けて突出自在に設けられた複数の板状のベーンと、前記ロータおよび前記シリンダの両端を塞ぐ2つのサイドブロックとを備え、
前記ベーンは、前記シリンダの内周面と前記ロータの外周面との間に形成された空間を仕切ることにより複数の圧縮室を形成するものであり、
前記シリンダの内周面の輪郭形状は、各圧縮室が前記ロータの1回転の期間に気体の吸入、圧縮および前記吐出部からの吐出を1サイクルのみ行うように前記ロータの外周面と前記シリンダの内周面とが最も近接する近接部が前記ロータの外周面と前記シリンダの内周面とが最も遠い遠隔部の前記ロータの回転中心を挟んで対向する位置よりも前記回転方向の下流側に偏った非対称に設定され、かつ前記圧縮室が前記吐出部に臨む以前の段階で前記圧縮室の内部の気体の圧力が前記吐出圧力に達するように設定され、
前記吐出部の、前記ロータの回転方向上流側に、前記圧縮室の内部の気体の圧力が吐出圧力に達したとき前記圧縮室の内部の気体を吐出させる副吐出部が1つ以上形成され、
前記圧縮室が前記吐出部に臨んだ状態では、前記吐出部は前記圧縮室から前記気体を常に吐出していることを特徴とする気体圧縮機。 - 前記吐出部は、
気体が流入する吐出空間と、前記吐出空間と前記圧縮室とを通じさせる吐出孔と、前記圧縮室の内部の気体の圧力が前記吐出圧力以上のとき前記吐出孔を開き、前記圧縮室の内部の気体の圧力が前記吐出圧力未満のとき前記吐出孔を閉じる吐出弁と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気体圧縮機。 - 前記近接部が、前記遠隔部から、前記ロータの回転方向下流側に向けて角度270[度]以上の位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の気体圧縮機。
