Description
30cm×0.5インチのInconnelチューブから作られた反応器に、性質上本質的に非晶質である6gの5.2%Zn/クロミア触媒を装入し、以下のように処理した。
最初に、250℃、3bargで48時間窒素(80ml/分)下で加熱することによって、触媒を乾燥させた。次に、HF(4ml/分)を窒素流へ導入し、温度を16時間で300℃に上昇することによって、触媒の予備フッ素化を始めた。最後の5時間の間、窒素流をゼロまで着実に減少させた。そして温度を380℃に25℃/hrで上昇し、380℃で7時間保持し、次いで250℃に25℃/hrで冷却した。
30cm×0.5インチのInconnelチューブから作られた反応器に、性質上本質的に非晶質であるクロミア触媒上の5.2重量%のZnを2.0g装入した。そして250℃で3時間、窒素(80ml/分)下で触媒を乾燥させた。HF(20ml/分)を窒素流に次いで導入し、触媒の予備フッ素化を開始した。反応器の排ガス中にHFが検出された時点で、反応器温度を250℃から370℃へ25℃/hrで上昇させて7時間保持し、その後200℃まで25℃/hrで冷却して戻した。
30cm×0.5インチのInconnelチューブから作られた反応器に、性質上本質的に非晶質であるクロミア触媒上の5.2重量%のZnを2.0g装入した。そして250℃で3時間、窒素(80ml/分)下で触媒を乾燥させた。そしてHF(20ml/分)を窒素流に導入し、触媒の予備フッ素化を開始した。反応器の排ガス中にHFが検出された時点で、反応器温度を250℃から370℃へ25℃/hrで上昇させて7時間保持し、その後200℃まで25℃/hrで冷却して戻した。
Claims (14)
- 3,3,3‐トリフルオロプロペン(1243zf)を製造する方法であって、前記方法がCCl 3 CH 2 CH 2 Cl(250fb)を、亜鉛/クロミア触媒の存在下でフッ化水素(HF)と接触させることを含み、前記亜鉛/クロミア触媒は非晶質であるか、または該触媒の0.1〜50重量%が1つ以上のクロムの結晶性化合物および/または1つ以上の亜鉛の結晶性化合物の形態にあり、前記亜鉛/クロミア触媒が、CCl 3 CH 2 CH 2 Cl(250fb)およびHFの総合重量に基づき、0.01〜50重量%の量で存在し、前記亜鉛/クロミア触媒が、4〜25重量%の亜鉛化合物を含み、前記触媒が、(i)クロムまたはクロム化合物と、(ii)亜鉛化合物を含む、方法。
- 前記方法が、100℃〜500℃の温度で行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、150℃〜450℃の温度で行なわれる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、0〜30baraの圧力で行なわれる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、1〜20baraの圧力で行なわれる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- HF:CCl 3 CH 2 CH 2 Cl(250fb)のモル比が、1:1〜100:1である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- HF:CCl 3 CH 2 CH 2 Cl(250fb)のモル比が、3:1〜50:1である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が気相中で行なわれる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が連続的または半連続的である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記亜鉛/クロミア触媒が、CCl 3 CH 2 CH 2 Cl(250fb)およびHFの総合重量に基づき、0.1〜30%の量で存在する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記亜鉛/クロミア触媒が0.2〜25重量%が1つ以上のクロムの結晶性化合物および/または1つ以上の亜鉛の結晶性化合物の形態にある、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記亜鉛/クロミア触媒が追加の金属を含まない、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記亜鉛/クロミア触媒が、(i)クロムまたはクロム化合物と、(ii)亜鉛化合物を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記亜鉛/クロミア触媒が、クロム化合物および亜鉛化合物の共沈によって調製される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
