Claims (11)
- 環状部材の周方向に一定間隔をおいて多数のポケットを設け、前記ポケットにころを収納するようにしたスラスト軸受用保持器において、前記環状部材は平板状の鋼板により形成され、その幅方向の中間部分に一定厚さの本体部が形成され、前記本体部の外周縁に本体部の面より低くなった外周係合縁が設けられ、この本体部の外周係合縁が設けられた面と反対側の面の内周縁に、当該面より低くなった内周係合縁が設けられ、外周係合縁の径方向の幅と内周係合縁の径方向の幅が異なる幅に形成され、前記本体部の周方向等配位置に厚さ方向に貫通した前記のポケットが設けられ、各ポケットの内側面にころの抜け止め突起が形成されたことを特徴とするスラスト軸受用保持器。
- 前記外周係合縁が、段差部によって本体部の面より低くなったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラスト軸受用保持器。
- 前記外周係合縁が、テーパ部によって本端部の面より低くなったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラスト軸受用保持器。
- 前記内周係合縁が、段差部によって本体部の面より低くなったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラスト軸受用保持器。
- 前記内周係合縁が、テーパ部によって本体部の面より低くなったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラスト軸受用保持器。
- 前記保持器の本体部が、前記ころの直径の0.5〜0.9倍の厚さに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受用保持器。
- 前記ポケットの保持器径方向の両内側面において、軸方向の両端部にころの抜け止め突起が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受用保持器。
- 前記本体部のポケット相互間に溝、凹部又は穴のいずれかを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受用保持器。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受用保持器を用いたことを特徴とするスラスト軸受。
- 外輪に前記保持器の外周係合縁に係合する係合爪が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 内輪に前記保持器の内周係合縁に係合する係合爪が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載のスラスト軸受。
