Claims (7)
- 直列接続された複数の単位電力セルが1つの相電圧を電動機に出力する高圧インバータシステムにおいて、前記単位電力セルの直流リンクコンデンサの容量を推定する装置であって、
前記複数の単位電力セルに対する第1電圧指令を生成し、前記複数の単位電力セルから前記直流リンクコンデンサの容量推定に用いられる第1単位電力セルを選択するための選択信号を生成する制御部と、
前記選択信号に従い、負荷電流角を用いて前記第1電圧指令を修正して、前記第1単位電力セルの直流リンクコンデンサの容量を推定し、前記直流リンクコンデンサに接続されるインバータ部のスイッチング状態を制御するためのゲート信号を供給する駆動部と、
を含み、
前記ゲート信号は、前記選択信号と前記第1電圧指令の計算された値との組合せに基づき決定される、容量推定装置。 - 前記駆動部は、
負荷電流から出力電流の角に対応する第1及び第2三角関数を生成する第1生成部と、
前記第1電圧指令を修正して、容量推定のための第3電圧指令と第2単位電力セルのそれぞれに出力する第2電圧指令を生成する修正部と、
前記第3電圧指令を用いて前記第1単位電力セルの直流リンクコンデンサの容量を推定する推定部と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の容量推定装置。 - 前記駆動部は、前記直流リンクコンデンサに接続される前記インバータ部のスイッチング状態を制御するためのゲート信号を生成する第2生成部をさらに含み、
前記ゲート信号は、前記選択信号と前記第1電圧指令の計算された値との組合せに基づき決定される、請求項2に記載の容量推定装置。 - 前記第1生成部は、
余弦信号である負荷電流の位相を遅延させて正弦信号を生成する第1遅延部と、
前記負荷電流の大きさを求める第3生成部と、
前記余弦信号及び前記正弦信号を前記負荷電流の大きさにそれぞれ正規化し、前記第1及び第2三角関数をそれぞれ生成する正規化部と、
を含む、請求項2に記載の容量推定装置。 - 前記修正部は、
前記第1電圧指令に前記複数の単位電力セルの数(N)をかけて、1相の第4電圧指令を生成する第4生成部と、
前記第4電圧指令から、負荷電流と1/4周期の位相差を有する前記第3電圧指令を生成する第5生成部と、
を含む、請求項2に記載の容量推定装置。 - 前記修正部は、
前記第4電圧指令から前記第3電圧指令を引いた電圧を前記複数の単位電力セルの数から1を引いた数(N−1)で割って前記第2電圧指令を生成する第6生成部をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の容量推定装置。 - 前記推定部は、
前記第3電圧指令及び前記負荷電流の大きさから電力を演算する第1演算部と、
直流リンク電圧の変化量を演算する第2演算部と、
直流リンク電圧の平均を演算する第3演算部と、
前記電力、変化量及び平均から、前記直流リンクコンデンサの容量を推定する容量推定部と、
を含む、請求項5に記載の容量推定装置。
