‐ゼロ残留トルクを得るためにアンツイスティング(untwisting)により得られたストランドを安定化するステップを含む。
‐ストランドを所与の過渡的ツイスティングピッチで巻回するステップ、
‐この過渡的ピッチを減少させる目的で(即ち、ストランドの組立体のつる巻き角及びかくしてつる巻曲率を増大させる目的で)オーバーツイスティング又はクリーピングするステップ、及び
‐ゼロ残留トルクを得るためにアンツイスティングにより得られたストランドを安定化するステップを含む。
‐プライの幅全体にわたって連続していて、18°に等しい角度に差し向けられた非被覆状態の非伸張性11.35金属コードで形成された第1の実働層41、
‐スチール製の21×23金属コードで形成された「バイモジュラス」型の周方向補強要素の層42、
‐プライの幅全体にわたって連続していて、18°の角度に差し向けられると共に層41の金属コードとクロス掛け関係をなす非被覆状態の非伸張性11.35金属コードで形成された第2の実働層43、
‐18×23弾性金属コードで作られた保護層44で形成されている。
Claims (3)
- 半径方向カーカス補強材を備えたタイヤであって、前記半径方向カーカス補強材が、周方向と10°〜45°の角度をなした状態で一方のプライから他方のプライにクロス掛けされた非伸張性補強要素の少なくとも2つの実働クラウン層で形成されているクラウン補強材を有し、前記クラウン補強材それ自体がトレッドによって半径方向に覆われ、前記トレッドが2つのサイドウォールによって2つのビードに連結され、前記クラウン補強材が周方向補強要素の少なくとも1つの層を有する、タイヤにおいて、前記周方向補強要素層の前記補強要素は、前記補強要素の初期状態と前記タイヤから取り出されたときの前記補強要素の状態との間で、最大接線モジュラスにおいて15GPaを超える減少を示す撚りコードである、タイヤ。
- 前記周方向補強要素の少なくとも1つの層の補強要素は、10〜120GPaの0.7%伸び率における割線モジュラスを有すると共に150GPa未満の最大接線モジュラスを有する金属補強要素である、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 周方向中間平面における末端摩耗面と前記周方向補強要素層の前記補強要素との間の距離と前記周方向補強要素層の端のところにおける前記末端摩耗面と前記周方向補強要素層の前記補強要素との間の距離の比は、0.95〜1.05である、請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ。
