Description
The present invention relates to a gas turbine facility including a combustor that burns gas fuel to generate combustion gas, and a gas turbine that is driven by the combustion gas, and a fuel temperature management method thereof.
The gas turbine equipment includes a compressor that generates compressed air, a combustor that generates a combustion gas by mixing gas fuel from a fuel supply source with the compressed air, and a gas turbine that is driven by the combustion gas. ing.
The gas fuel is pressurized by a gas supply source, sent to a gas turbine facility, depressurized before the combustor, and then supplied to the combustor. When the gas fuel is depressurized, the temperature decreases according to Boyle-Charles' law. If the temperature of the gas fuel after decompression is lower than the dew point temperature of the gas fuel, the gas fuel is liquefied. When the liquefied fuel is supplied to the combustor, problems such as damage to the combustor nozzle occur.
For this reason, for example, in the technique described in Patent Document 1 below, an electric heater is provided on the upstream side of the combustor, and gas fuel is heated by the electric heater to prevent liquefaction of the gas fuel.
Gas fuel supplied to the combustor includes natural gas, blast furnace gas (BFG) from the LNG furnace blast furnace, coke oven gas (COG), and synthetic gas synthesized from these. is there. Since the gas composition of these gases is not always constant and varies, the dew point temperature also varies. For this reason, the technique described in Patent Document 1 has a problem that even when the gas fuel is heated, the temperature of the gas fuel does not become higher than the dew point temperature, and the gas fuel may be liquefied.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a gas turbine facility that can prevent the liquefied gas fuel from flowing into the combustor even when the gas composition of the gas fuel fluctuates, and a fuel temperature management method thereof. .
The gas turbine equipment according to the invention for solving the above problems is as follows:
In a gas turbine facility comprising: a fuel pipe through which gas fuel flows; a combustor that burns the gas fuel that has passed through the fuel pipe to generate combustion gas; and a gas turbine that is driven by the combustion gas. An electric heater for heating the gas fuel flowing through the fuel pipe, a density meter for detecting the density of the gas fuel flowing through the fuel pipe, and the combustor determined according to the density detected by the density meter. A temperature that is higher by a predetermined temperature than the dew point temperature of the gas fuel under the inlet environment is set as a target minimum temperature, and the electric heater is turned on so that the temperature of the gas fuel is higher than the target minimum temperature . And a heating controller that performs off-control .
It is wider than the width of the direction.
A change in the composition of the gas fuel causes a change in the dew point temperature of the gas fuel and also a change in the density of the gas fuel. Further, there is a certain correlation between the density of the gas fuel and the dew point temperature of the gas fuel. Therefore, a temperature that is higher by a predetermined temperature than the dew point temperature of the gas fuel in the inlet environment of the combustor determined according to the density of the gas fuel as in the gas turbine equipment is set as the target minimum temperature. By heating the gas fuel so that the temperature of the gas fuel becomes higher than the temperature, it is possible to reliably prevent the liquefied gas fuel from flowing into the combustor even if the gas composition of the gas fuel fluctuates.
Here, the gas turbine equipment includes a temperature grasper that grasps a temperature of the gas fuel in an inlet environment of the combustor, and the heating controller has the temperature grasped by the temperature grasper. The electric heater may be turned on on condition that the temperature is not more than the target minimum temperature .
In the gas turbine facility, the electric heater is turned on depending on whether the temperature of the gas fuel in the inlet environment of the combustor, which is grasped by the temperature grasper, is equal to or lower than the target minimum temperature. While preventing liquefaction, the electric heater is not turned on unnecessarily , and energy consumption by the electric heater can be suppressed.
The gas turbine equipment further includes a main fuel heater that heats the gas fuel flowing through the fuel pipe with heat generated in the gas turbine together with the electric heater , and the heating controller includes the main fuel heating unit. The electric heater may be turned on on the condition that the gas fuel is not heated by a vessel.
In the gas turbine facility, since the electric heater is turned on when the gas fuel is not heated by the main fuel heater , the consumption of energy necessary for heating the gas fuel can be suppressed.
Further, in the gas turbine equipment, the electric heater is provided along the fuel pipe, the fuel pipe and the electric heater may be covered with a heat insulating material.
In the gas turbine equipment, since the gas fuel is heated by the electric heater, the heater can be simplified, and an increase in equipment cost can be suppressed. Furthermore, in the gas turbine equipment, since the gas fuel is heated by the electric heater, the response delay of the gas fuel heating control can be reduced and accurate heating control can be performed.
In addition, a fuel temperature management method for gas turbine equipment according to an invention for solving the above-described problems,
A density of the gas fuel supplied to the combustor in a fuel temperature management method for a gas turbine facility comprising a combustor for combusting gas fuel to generate combustion gas, and a gas turbine driven by the combustion gas And a temperature that is higher by a predetermined temperature than the dew point temperature of the gas fuel in the inlet environment of the combustor, which is determined according to the density of the gas fuel, as a target minimum temperature, and the target minimum temperature The gas fuel is heated by turning on and off the electric heater so that the temperature of the gas fuel becomes higher than that .
Also in the fuel temperature management method of the gas turbine equipment, as with the gas turbine equipment described above, the temperature determined in advance is higher than the dew point temperature of the gas fuel in the inlet environment of the combustor determined according to the density of the gas fuel. The gas fuel is heated so that the temperature of the gas fuel becomes higher than the target minimum temperature, and even if the gas composition of the gas fuel fluctuates, the liquefied gas fuel flows into the combustor. Can be surely prevented.
In the present invention, even if the gas composition of the gas fuel fluctuates, the liquefied gas fuel can be reliably prevented from flowing into the combustor.
Hereinafter, embodiments of a gas turbine facility according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
"First embodiment"
First, with reference to FIGS. 1-3, 1st embodiment of the gas turbine installation which concerns on this invention is described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the gas turbine equipment of the present embodiment includes a
The gas turbine equipment further heats the gas fuel in the
The facility controller 7 controls, for example, the valve opening degree of the
The
Both the
A portion of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The heater control signal is sent to the
By the way, in the case of a gas fuel mainly composed of hydrogen, hydrocarbons, etc., as shown in FIG. 3, there is a certain correlation between the density of the gas fuel and the dew point temperature Td of the gas fuel, and the density of the gas fuel. The higher the value, the higher the dew point temperature. Therefore, if the density of the gas fuel can be grasped, the dew point temperature of the gas fuel can be determined.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the gas fuel is heated by the
As shown in FIG. 3, the target minimum
Next, operation | movement of the gas turbine installation of this embodiment is demonstrated.
For example, when the gas turbine equipment is started, the equipment controller 7 drives the
When the amount of combustion gas generated in the
Hot exhaust gas from the gas turbine 4 is sent to the exhaust heat recovery boiler 6. In the exhaust heat recovery boiler 6, water is heated with the exhaust gas from the gas turbine 4 to generate steam. Part of this steam is sent to the
By the way, in this embodiment, the gas fuel cannot be heated by the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the
As described above, the target minimum
When receiving the heater control signal, the
The gas fuel in the
On the other hand, the gas fuel in the
Therefore, in this embodiment, it is possible to prevent the liquefied gas fuel from flowing into the
In the present embodiment, even if the gas composition of the gas fuel varies, the target minimum temperature corresponding to the gas composition of the gas fuel is determined from the density of the gas fuel, and the temperature of the gas fuel is higher than the target minimum temperature. Gas fuel is heated to increase. For this reason, in this embodiment, even if the gas composition of gas fuel fluctuates, inflow of the liquefied gas fuel into the
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the
"Second embodiment"
Next, with reference to FIG.4 and FIG.5, 2nd embodiment of the gas turbine installation which concerns on this invention is described.
As shown in FIG. 4, the gas turbine equipment of this embodiment differs in the installation position of the
The
As shown in FIG. 5, the
In this embodiment, since the
In the present embodiment, since the
In the present embodiment, if no steam is generated in the exhaust heat recovery boiler 6 during the start-up process of the gas turbine 4 or the like, an operation indicating that steam is not generated in the exhaust heat recovery boiler 6 from the equipment controller 7 is performed. A status signal is output. The equipment controller 7 outputs an operation state signal indicating that steam is not generated in the exhaust heat recovery boiler 6 according to the temperature of the outlet steam pipe of the exhaust heat recovery boiler 6. In addition, an operation state signal indicating a pressure downstream of the control valve 13 (inlet pressure of the combustor 3) assumed from the valve opening of the
In the
The

The
Here, an operating state signal indicating whether or not steam is generated in the exhaust heat recovery boiler 6 is adopted as the operating state signal, but whether or not the gas fuel is heated by the
As described above, also in the present embodiment, similarly to the first embodiment, the target minimum temperature is determined according to the density of the gas fuel, and depending on whether the temperature of the gas fuel at the inlet of the
The
Further, each of the
In each of the above embodiments, when the gas turbine 4 is stopped and the gas fuel is no longer heated by the
Moreover, in each above embodiment, although the installation controller 7 and the
