Claims (29)
- 作用電極と対電極との間に電位をかける電気化学的工程を含んでなる、カーボンナノチューブを分散させ精製する方法であって、
実質的にカーボンナノチューブからなる前記作用電極と、複数の対電極と、さらに電解質塩を溶媒に添加した電解質と、を備えた電気化学セルにおいて、前記作用電極と各対電極との間に、それぞれ異なる電位をかけ、異なる対電極に異なるカーボンナノチューブ種を選択的に堆積させる、方法。 - 前記作用電極と前記対電極との間に正電位が適用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 適用される前記正電位が1V以上である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記作用電極と前記対電極との間に負電位が適用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記負電位が−1V以上の負電位である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記電解質が塩を溶媒に添加することで生成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が無水分の極性かつ非プロトン性溶媒である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が、無水分の無酸素のジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)、ジメチルアセトアミド(DMA)、およびN−メチルピロリドン(NMP)からなる群より選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記塩が、テトラフェニルホウ酸ナトリウム、テトラブチルアンモニウムヘキサフルオロリン酸塩および過塩素酸リチウムからなる群より選択される、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電解質がナノチューブに基づく電解質である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電解質がナノチューブのアルカリ金属塩に基づく電解質である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記電気化学的工程が、無酸素および完全無水分の環境下で実施される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気化学セルがさらに参照電極を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記作用電極および対電極が単一の区画に収容されている、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記作用電極が第1の区画内に収容され、前記対電極が第2の区画内に収容され、前記第1および第2の区画は電気化学的薄膜により連結されている、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブが、前記作用電極と前記対電極との間に適用される前記電位の制御により選択的に分散される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブが電子特性に基づいて選択的に分散される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブがサイズに基づいて選択的に分散される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブが、グラフェンの格子とナノチューブの軸との間の角度であるヘリシティに基づいて選択的に分散される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 分散された前記カーボンナノチューブを分離するための工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 分散された前記カーボンナノチューブが電子特性に基づいて分離される、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 分散された前記カーボンナノチューブが、もう1つの電極に対する選択的な電気化学析出により分離される、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 分散された前記カーボンナノチューブが、前記作用電極と前記対電極との間に適用される前記電位の制御により選択的に分離される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 分散された前記カーボンナノチューブがサイズに基づいて分離される、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 分散された前記カーボンナノチューブがクロマトグラフ法により分離される、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 分散された前記カーボンナノチューブが、グラフェンの格子とナノチューブの軸との間の角度であるヘリシティに基づいて分離される、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 分散された前記カーボンナノチューブが選択的に電荷を消去される、請求項20、21、24、および26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 分散された前記カーボンナノチューブが化学的に電荷を消去される、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 分散された前記カーボンナノチューブが電気化学的に電荷を消去される、請求項20に記載の方法。
