Claims (6)
- 容器部と、
前記容器部の内壁面に接続された中空の屈曲パイプ部と、
前記容器部の外壁面に接続されて前記屈曲パイプ部に連通される中空のノズル部と、を有し、
前記容器部、前記屈曲パイプ部及び前記ノズル部が一体成形されており、
前記外壁面に肉厚部が形成されており、
前記ノズル部は、前記肉厚部に接続されている、樹脂成形体。 - 前記肉厚部は、他部材と接合されるフランジ部である、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形体。
- フローティングコアを用いた曲管射出成形法により、外壁面に肉厚部が形成された容器部と、前記容器部の内壁面に接続された中空の屈曲パイプ部と、前記肉厚部に接続されて前記屈曲パイプ部に連通される中空のノズル部と、を有する樹脂成形体を形成するための曲管射出成形用型であって、
前記容器部を形成する樹脂が充填される容器部用キャビティ部と、
前記屈曲パイプ部を形成する樹脂が充填される屈曲パイプ部用キャビティ部と、
前記ノズル部を形成する樹脂が充填されるノズル部用キャビティ部と、
前記容器部用キャビティ部から突出して前記肉厚部に凹部を形成する凹部形成用突部と、を有する曲管射出成形用型。 - 前記凹部形成用突部は、先端面が凹曲面状に形成されている、請求項3に記載の曲管射出成形用型。
- フローティングコアを用いた曲管射出成形法により、外壁面に肉厚部が形成された容器部と、前記容器部の内壁面に接続された中空の屈曲パイプ部と、前記肉厚部に接続されて前記屈曲パイプ部に連通される中空のノズル部と、を有する樹脂成形体を形成する曲管射出成形方法であって、
前記容器部を形成する樹脂が充填される容器部用キャビティ部と、前記屈曲パイプ部を形成する樹脂が充填される屈曲パイプ部用キャビティ部と、前記ノズル部を形成する樹脂が充填されるノズル部用キャビティ部と、前記容器部用キャビティ部から突出して前記肉厚部に凹部を形成する凹部形成用突部と、を有する曲管射出成形用型に樹脂を充填し、
前記屈曲パイプ部用キャビティ部及び前記ノズル部用キャビティ部で前記フローティングコアを加圧移動させて、前記屈曲パイプ部用キャビティ部及び前記ノズル部用キャビティ部の中心部に充填された樹脂を押し出す、曲管射出成形方法。 - 前記凹部形成用突部は、先端面が凹曲面状に形成されている、請求項5に記載の曲管射出成形方法。
