Description
The present invention relates to a resin molded body in which a container part and a bent pipe part are integrally formed, a curved pipe injection mold for forming the resin molded body, and a curved pipe injection molding method.
従来、屈曲したパイプの樹脂成形体を形成する技術として、RFM(RP TOPLA Floating Core Molding:曲管射出成形)技術が知られている。 Conventionally, an RFM (RP TOPLA Floating Core Molding) technique is known as a technique for forming a resin molded body of a bent pipe. This RFM technique is a technique for easily forming a curved pipe by injection molding. More specifically, in the RFM technology, a floating core is inserted into a mold cavity filled with resin, and when the cavity is filled with resin, the floating core is moved into the cavity by pressurized gas or pressurized liquid. The bent pipe is formed by moving it with.
As an application example of such an RFM technique, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique in which a container part provided with a flat plate part and a side plate part and a pipe part through which a fluid passes are integrally formed by injection molding. The technique described in Patent Document 1 first prepares a mold in which a body part of a pipe part cavity is connected to a flat plate part cavity, and both ends of the pipe part cavity are connected to side plate part cavities. Next, after filling the mold with resin, the hollow core is formed by moving the floating core with pressurized fluid in the pipe cavity. Then, when the mold is removed, the body portion of the pipe portion is connected to the flat plate portion, both ends of the pipe portion are connected to the inner wall surface of the side plate portion, and an opening communicating with the pipe portion is formed on the outer wall of the side plate portion. A resin molded body is formed.
By the way, the resin molding described in Patent Document 1 allows liquid such as hot water or cold water to pass through a pipe portion. However, since this resin molding has only an opening communicating with the pipe portion on the outer wall of the side plate portion, a supply pipe that supplies liquid, a discharge pipe that discharges liquid from the pipe portion, and a pipe portion of the resin molding Cannot be connected directly. Therefore, conventionally, in order to connect the supply pipe and the discharge pipe and the pipe portion, it has been necessary to insert a connection fitting for connecting the supply pipe and the discharge pipe into the opening formed in the side plate portion. At this time, in order to ensure the sealing property between the connection fitting and the pipe portion of the resin molded body, the outer diameter of the connection fitting inserted into the opening formed in the side plate portion needs to be larger than the inner diameter of the pipe portion. . As a result, the shape of the resin molded body may change.
In addition, such a resin molded body is often used by joining other members to the peripheral surface of the side plate portion rather than being used alone. In the latter case, in order to maintain the airtightness between the resin molded body and the other member, the resin molded body and the other member are pressure-bonded via the packing. Then, since the reaction force of the compression-deformed packing acts on the resin molded body, the resin molded body is deformed over time.
At this time, if the entire resin molded body is molded from resin, the resin molded body will be uniformly deformed. However, if the connection fitting is inserted into the opening of the side plate portion, only this portion has increased rigidity. Therefore, the deformation of the resin molded body becomes non-uniform. As a result, the possibility of affecting the sealing performance between the resin molded body and the other member increases.
Therefore, the present invention is to form a resin molded body that can suppress a change in shape of the container portion over time even when a supply pipe and a discharge pipe for passing a fluid are connected to the bent pipe section, and to form this resin molded body. An object of the present invention is to provide a curved pipe injection molding die and a curved pipe injection molding method.
The resin molded body according to the present invention includes a container part, a hollow bent pipe part connected to the inner wall surface of the container part, and a hollow nozzle part connected to the outer wall surface of the container part and communicated with the bent pipe part. The container part, the bent pipe part and the nozzle part are integrally formed.
In the resin molded body according to the present invention, the hollow bent pipe portion is connected to the inner wall surface of the container portion, the hollow nozzle portion is connected to the outer wall surface of the container portion, and the bent pipe portion and the nozzle portion are communicated with each other. Therefore, by connecting the supply pipe and discharge pipe for allowing fluid such as liquid and gas to pass through the bent pipe part, the fluid is supplied from the nozzle part to the bent pipe part and supplied to the bent pipe part. The discharged fluid can be discharged from the nozzle portion. At this time, since the nozzle part is connected to the outer wall surface of the container part and protrudes from the outer wall surface of the container part, the supply pipe and the discharge pipe can be connected without inserting a metal fitting into the outer wall surface of the container part as in the prior art. The supply pipe and the discharge pipe can be connected to the nozzle portion at a position separated from the outer wall surface of the container portion. For this reason, even if the resin molded body and other members are pressure-bonded via the packing, deformation of the container portion due to the connection between the supply pipe and the discharge pipe and the nozzle portion is prevented. Even if connected, it is possible to suppress the change in shape of the container over time. In addition, since the container part, the bent pipe part, and the nozzle part are integrally formed in this resin molded body, the thermal conductivity from the fluid that passes through the bent pipe part to the container part increases, and further, the number of parts is reduced. It can also be reduced.
In this case, according to the present invention, a thick part is formed on the outer wall surface, and the nozzle part may be connected to the thick part. Since the nozzle part protrudes from the outer wall surface, the bending strength with respect to the container part tends to be low, but by connecting the nozzle part to the thick part in this way, the bending strength with respect to the container part can be increased. it can.
Further, in the present invention, the thick part can be a flange part joined to another member. Thus, by connecting the nozzle part to the flange part joined to the other member, it is not necessary to separately form a thick part in the container part, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
The curved pipe injection mold according to the present invention includes a container part in which a thick part is formed on an outer wall surface and a hollow bent connected to the inner wall surface of the container part by a curved pipe injection molding method using a floating core. A curved pipe injection molding die for forming a resin molded body having a pipe portion and a hollow nozzle portion connected to the thick portion portion and communicated with the bent pipe portion, the resin forming the container portion A cavity part for a container part filled with resin, a cavity part for a bent pipe part filled with resin forming the bent pipe part, a cavity part for nozzle part filled with resin forming the nozzle part, and a container part A recess-forming projection that protrudes from the cavity and forms a recess in the thick portion.
According to the curved pipe injection mold according to the present invention, the container part, the bent pipe part and the nozzle part are filled by filling the cavity part for the container part, the cavity part for the bent pipe part and the cavity part for the nozzle part with molten resin. When the molten resin gradually cures from the contact surface of the curved pipe injection mold, the floating core is moved under pressure in the bent pipe cavity and the nozzle cavity. Thus, the molten resin filled in the central part in the radial direction of the cavity part for the bent pipe part and the cavity part for the nozzle part is extruded to form the hollow part of the bent pipe part and the nozzle part. Thereby, the container part in which the thick part was formed in the outer wall surface, the hollow bent pipe part connected to the inner wall surface of the container part, and the hollow nozzle connected to the thick part and communicating with the bent pipe part It is possible to form a resin molded body integrally formed with the portion.
By the way, if the concave portion forming projection is not formed on the curved pipe injection molding die, the separation distance between the floating core and the curved pipe injection molding die in the thick portion is widened. That is, the molten resin layer formed between the floating core and the curved pipe injection mold in the thick portion becomes thick. Thereby, since the layer of the molten resin that is not solidified in the thick part becomes thick, when the floating core passes through the thick part, a gap is formed around the floating core where the pressurized fluid wraps around the floating core. . As a result, the pressurized fluid leaks from the gap and cannot be applied to the floating core, so that the floating core stops at the thick portion.
On the other hand, the curved pipe injection mold according to the present invention has a recess-forming projection, so that the separation distance between the floating core and the curved pipe injection mold in the thick portion is reduced. Can do. That is, the molten resin layer formed between the floating core and the curved pipe injection mold in the thick portion can be thinned. This prevents the pressurized fluid from flowing around the floating core around the floating core, and the pressure of the pressurized fluid can be applied to the floating core even in the thick portion. The floating core can be moved appropriately.
In this case, according to the present invention, the protrusion for forming a recess may have a tip surface formed in a concave curved surface shape. In this way, by forming the tip end surface of the concave portion forming projection in a concave curved surface shape, the distance between the floating core and the curved pipe injection mold in the thick portion can be made uniform. Thereby, a floating core can be moved stably also in a thick part.
The curved pipe injection molding method according to the present invention includes a container part having a thick part formed on the outer wall surface by a curved pipe injection molding method using a floating core, and a hollow bent pipe connected to the inner wall surface of the container part. A bent tube injection molding method for forming a resin molded body having a portion and a hollow nozzle portion connected to a thick portion and communicated with a bent pipe portion, and filled with a resin that forms a container portion The container part cavity part, the bent pipe part cavity part filled with the resin that forms the bent pipe part, the nozzle part cavity part filled with the resin that forms the nozzle part, and the container part cavity part protrude from the container part cavity part. A curved pipe injection mold having a recess-forming projection that forms a recess in the thick-walled portion, and filling the resin with resin, and the floating core is pressurized and moved in the cavity for the bent pipe and the cavity for the nozzle Bend Extruding the resin filled in the center of the cavity and nozzle portion cavity portion pipe portion.
According to the curved pipe injection molding method according to the present invention, a container part is obtained by filling a molten pipe into a curved pipe injection mold having a container part cavity part, a bent pipe part cavity part, and a nozzle part cavity part. Then, the outer shape of the bent pipe part and the nozzle part is formed, and then (when the molten resin gradually hardens from the contact surface of the bent pipe injection molding method), the bent pipe part cavity part and the nozzle part cavity part By pressing and moving the floating core and extruding the molten resin filled in the center part in the radial direction of the cavity part for the bent pipe part and the cavity part for the nozzle part, the hollow parts of the bent pipe part and the nozzle part are formed.
By the way, if the curved pipe injection molding die in which the protrusions for forming the recesses are not formed, the separation distance between the floating core and the curved pipe injection molding die in the thick portion is widened. That is, the molten resin layer formed between the floating core and the curved pipe injection mold in the thick portion becomes thick. Thereby, since the layer of the molten resin which is not solidified in the thick part becomes thick, when the floating core passes through the thick part, a gap is formed around the pressurized core around the floating core. As a result, the pressurized fluid leaks from the gap and cannot be applied to the floating core, so that the floating core stops at the thick portion.
On the other hand, in the present invention, since the curved pipe injection molding die in which the concave portion forming protrusion is formed is used, the separation distance between the floating core and the curved pipe injection molding die in the thick portion is reduced. Can do. That is, the molten resin layer formed between the floating core and the curved pipe injection mold in the thick portion can be thinned. As a result, it is possible to prevent the pressure fluid from flowing around the floating core around the floating core and to apply the pressure of the pressurized fluid to the floating core even in the thick portion. The core can be moved appropriately.
In this case, the concave portion forming protrusion may have a tip surface formed in a concave curved surface shape. In this way, by forming the tip end surface of the concave portion forming projection in a concave curved surface shape, the distance between the floating core and the curved pipe injection mold in the thick portion can be made uniform. Thereby, a floating core can be moved stably also in a thick part.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a resin molded body capable of suppressing a change in shape of a container portion over time even when a supply pipe and a discharge pipe for passing a fluid are connected to the bent pipe portion, and such a resin. A molded body can be formed.

The
The
This
The
The packing
The
As described above, the
The
The
Next, a specific shape of the packing
The packing
The
Next, with reference to FIGS. 8 to 11, a curved pipe injection mold for injection molding the resin molded body 1 by a curved pipe injection molding method using a floating core will be described. FIG. 8 is a bottom view showing the upper mold of the curved pipe injection mold according to this embodiment. FIG. 9 is a plan view showing a lower mold of the curved pipe injection mold according to the present embodiment. FIG. 10 is a partial cross-sectional view of the lower mold taken along the line XX shown in FIG. 11 is a front view showing a state in which the upper shape shown in FIG. 8 and the lower die shown in FIG. 9 are overlapped.
As shown in FIGS. 8 to 11, the curved
This curved
As shown in FIG. 8, the
When the resin molded body 1 is viewed from the bottom side, the
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the
The floating
The high
Here, with reference to FIG. 10, the shape of the periphery of the
Although not shown in FIGS. 8 to 11, gates (not shown) for injecting molten resin into the
Next, a curved pipe injection molding method for forming the resin molded body 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 12 is a view showing a state before the resin is filled into the curved pipe injection mold. FIG. 13 is a view showing a state where a curved pipe injection mold is filled with resin. FIG. 14 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the floating core is moved in the bent pipe portion cavity portion and the nozzle portion cavity portion.
First, as shown in FIG. 12, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 13, molten resin is injected into the
As the resin to be injected, any thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin capable of injection-molding a hollow body can be used. From the viewpoint of moldability of the hollow portion by the floating
When the molten resin is filled in the
At this time, the molten resin filled in the
Thereafter, when the molten resin filled in the
Here, with reference to FIG.15 and FIG.16, the state when the floating
As in the comparative example shown in FIG. 16, if the concave
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 15, the curved
As described above, according to the resin molded body 1 according to the present embodiment, both ends of the hollow
Further, by connecting the
Further, by forming the
