を示す。
寿命;過小隙間部をローラが通過する際にローラと内歯車内径もしくはローラと転がり軸受の外輪の接触部で過大面圧が発生し、早期剥離が生じる。
振動;過大隙間部でローラの挙動が不安定となって振動が発生する。
ここで、ローラ隙間の大きさδ 1 とは、下記の数式1で定義されるものをいう。

Claims (4)
- 固定配置の内歯車と、その内歯車内で回転可能な偏心円板を軸端部に有し、その偏心円板の外径面に転がり軸受が嵌合された入力軸と、その入力軸と同軸上に配置された出力軸とを有し、前記出力軸の前記入力軸と対向する軸端部に前記内歯車と前記転がり軸受との間で回転可能なケージを設け、そのケージの前記転がり軸受と径方向で対向する部位に内歯車の内周に形成された内歯より数が少ないポケットを周方向に等間隔に設け、そのポケットのそれぞれ内部に前記内歯に噛合するローラを収容し、前記偏心円板の偏心回転によりローラを前記内歯に順次噛合させて入力軸の1回転当たりに内歯の一歯分だけ周方向に移動させることにより出力軸を減速回転させるようにした減速装置において、
前記内歯車の歯底円半径、前記入力軸の軸心を中心とする転がり軸受の外接円半径およびローラの外径を予め測定し、ローラと内歯車の歯底間に形成されるローラ隙間の下記の数式1で定義される大きさδ 1 を0〜20μmの範囲に管理し、前記転がり軸受における外接円半径の測定が前記偏心円板の外径面に転がり軸受が嵌合される状態での転がり軸受における外輪外径面の公転円径の測定に基づくものであることを特徴とする減速装置。
ローラ隙間の大きさδ 1 =「内歯車の歯底円半径」−「入力軸の軸心を中心とする転がり軸受の外接円半径」−「ローラの外径」…数式1 - 前記転がり軸受が嵌合される偏心円板を2枚とし、その2枚の偏心円板を、その円筒状外径面の中心が周方向に180°位置がずれるようにして軸方向に設け、その2枚の偏心円板に転がり軸受が嵌合される状態で、それぞれの転がり軸受における外輪外径面の公転円径を同時に測定するようにした請求項1に記載の減速装置。
- 前記内歯車の歯底円半径の測定が、レーザ変位計による請求項1又は2に記載の減速装置。
- 前記内歯車の歯底円半径の測定が、静電容量式変位計による請求項1又は2に記載の減速装置。
