Claims (9)
- 高分子材料をフローコートするための方法であって、
a.少なくとも1つの構成部品(1)が、ホルダー(2)内に床(5)に対して25°〜90°の角度で挿入され、
b.構成部品(1)が、上縁(1a)から、10重量%〜30重量%の4−メチル−2−ペンタノンを含むワニス(3)で被覆され、
ステップ(b)において、上縁(1a)に隣接する構成部品(1)の表面の30%までが影響される空気(4)の流れが形成される、方法。 - 空気(4)の流れが、1m/s〜5m/sの速度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 空気(4)の流れが、30℃〜150℃の温度を有する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 高分子材料をフローコートするための方法であって、
a.少なくとも1つの構成部品(1)が、ホルダー(2)内に床(5)に対して25°〜90°の角度で挿入され、
b.構成部品(1)が、上縁(1a)から、10重量%〜30重量%の4−メチル−2−ペンタノンを含むワニス(3)で被覆され、
ステップ(b)の前および/または間に、上縁(1a)に隣接する構成部品(1)の表面の30%までが、25℃〜100℃の温度で維持される、方法。 - ステップ(b)が、30秒〜120秒後に少なくとも一度繰り返される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 構成部品(1)が、床に対して35°〜70°の角度でホルダー(2)に挿入される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ワニス(3)が、トップコートおよび/または下塗剤を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- トップコートおよび/または下塗剤が、有機的に改質されたシリコーン樹脂および/またはポリアクリレート類を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ワニス(3)が、溶媒として、4−メチル−2−ペンタノン、エタノール、メタノール、2−プロパノール、n−ブタノール、1−メトキシ−2−プロパノール、4−ヒドロキシ−4−メチル−2−ペンタノンおよび/またはそれらの混合物または誘導体を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
