Claims (7)
- 被試験物である二次電池を出し入れする開口を側面に有し、前記被試験物を格納する恒温槽と、
前記恒温槽外に設けられた充放電電源と、
前記被試験物を載置し、当該被試験物と前記充放電電源とを電気的に接続する試料側接続部を有する試料トレイと、
前記試料トレイの前記試料側接続部と前記充放電電源とを電気的に接続するための接続具とを有し、
前記試料トレイは、前記開口から前記恒温槽内に入れられ当該恒温槽内を当該開口から奥方向にスライドされて格納され、前記試料側接続部は、前記試料トレイが前記恒温槽に収納された状態で前記恒温槽の前記奥側の恒温槽壁と対向する側の端部に設けられており、
前記恒温槽は内部が所定の試験温度に空調され、
前記接続具は前記恒温槽の前記奥側の断熱壁からなる前記恒温槽壁を貫通して設置され、
前記試料トレイを前記開口側と前記奥側との間の前記恒温槽内をスライドさせることで、前記試料側接続部と前記接続具との接続・非接続を切り換えることを特徴とする、二次電池の充放電評価装置。 - 前記恒温槽、前記充放電電源、および、前記接続具が収納される単一の筐体又は一体的に組み立てた筐体を備えた、
請求項1に記載の二次電池の充放電評価装置。 - 前記筐体には、前記恒温槽、前記充放電電源、および、前記接続具が、上下方向に沿って複数段に設置される、
請求項2に記載の二次電池の充放電評価装置。 - 前記恒温槽は恒温槽内の空気を循環させる送風機を有し、
恒温槽内の空気は前記試料トレイに沿って送風される、
請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の二次電池の充放電評価装置。 - 前記送風機は前記試料トレイの側方に設置される、
請求項4に記載の二次電池の充放電評価装置。 - 前記試料トレイが被試験物のサイズや形状に応じて準備されている、
請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の二次電池の充放電評価装置。 - 前記恒温槽壁が断熱壁である、
